Hola comunidad de #Needleworkmonday 🙌 espero se encuentren muy bien, feliz inicio de semana y hoy feliz lunes de agujas. Esta semana se viene cargada de mucho trabajo para mí, el viernes pasado fuí a comprar algunos materiales para un encargo muy particular que me hicieron y les quiero mostrar un poco de lo que compré, también tengo un proyecto pendiente para el jueves que será el regalo de cumpleaños de mi pareja así qué hoy me puse a organizar todo para comenzar a trabajar.

Hello #Needleworkmonday community 🙌 I hope you are very well, happy start of the week and today happy needlework Monday. This week is coming loaded with a lot of work for me, last Friday I went to buy some materials for a very particular order that I was made and I want to show you a little of what I bought, I also have a pending project for Thursday that will be the birthday gift for my partner so today I started to organize everything to start working.

Hace unos días una amiga me escribió para decirme que le dió mi contacto a una conocida de ella me dijo que era para unos cojines así que me pareció bien, está chica me escribió unos días después para preguntarme sí le podía hacer los conjines, y le dije que me enviara una referencia de lo que quería, para mi sorpresa los cojines que quiere mandar a hacer son bien peculiares pues son las partes íntimas femeninas y masculinas, me dió mucha risa 😂 pero por respeto no quise no preguntar para que será, en mi mente pienso que será para alguna fiesta de adultos de estás dónde hacen cosas de este tipo, en fin, yo tomé esto como una oportunidad de hacer algo diferente y aprender en el proceso, les confieso que nunca he hecho algo así pero me intriga comenzar a trabajar.

A few days ago a friend wrote me to tell me that she gave my contact to an acquaintance of hers, she told me it was for some cushions so I thought it was fine, this girl wrote me a few days later to ask me if I could make the cushions, and I told her to send me a reference of what she wanted, to my surprise the cushions she wants to send me are very peculiar because they are the female and male intimate parts, it made me laugh 😂 but out of respect I didn't want to ask what it will be for, in my mind I think it will be for some adult party where they do things like this, anyway, I took this as an opportunity to do something different and learn in the process, I confess that I have never done anything like this but I am intrigued to start working.

El viernes pasado fuí a comprar las telas, color piel solo encontré tela de mono pero creo que me servirá y el resto de los colores son manta polar, justo cuando iba a la mercería la cerraron y no pude compar el relleno o guata como yo lo conozco, cuando llegue a casa también me dí cuenta que no tengo hilo color piel, así que esta semana tengo que ir por los materiales que me faltan, son tres cojines en total, no se cuánto de relleno debo comprar pero sí me sobra mejor.

Last Friday I went to buy the fabrics, the only color I found was monkey fabric but I think it will work and the rest of the colors are polar blanket, just when I was going to the haberdashery they closed it and I could not buy the stuffing or wadding as I know it, when I got home I also realized that I have no fur color thread, so this week I have to go for the materials I need, there are three cushions in total, I do not know how much stuffing I should buy but if I have some left over it is better.

Otro proyecto importantísimo que te go para esta semana es un suéter que estoy haciendo desde la semana pasada, sí! He tardado muchísimo pero es que todo la pieza de la parte trasera la hice con puros retazos de tela, así que fué un trabajo que requería mucha paciencia, el jueves ya tengo que tener listo este suéter y por supuesto que les mostraré como queda. Another very important project that I'm going to give you for this week is a sweater that I'm making since last week, yes!
