दोस्तो आज का दिन पूरे भारत वर्ष के लिए एक गौरवपूर्ण दिन है आज का दिन हर भारतीय के लिए एक यादगार दिन रहा है जैसे कि आज 26 जुलाई है और आज के दिन ही भारत ने पाकिस्तान को कारगिल युद्ध मैं हराया था।।
दोस्तों जिस तरह पाकिस्तान ने भारत की सीमा को मांगते हुए और भारत एलओसी के क्षेत्र पर अपना हस्तक्षेप कर दिया था और उसका जवाब देते हुए भारत ने पाकिस्तान को उसका मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया था।।
दोस्तों बात तब की जब भारत और पाकिस्तान का युद्ध हुआ और यह लगभग 60 दिन तक चला इसमें कि 26 जुलाई 1999 को भारत ने पाकिस्तान को हरा दिया था और यह युद्ध जीत गया था जिसमें कि कई सारे सैनिक वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए थे उन्हीं की याद में आज के दिन उनके लिए यह श्रद्धांजलि दी जाती है।।
सूत्रों के मुताबिक देखा जाए तो भारत के करीब 571 सैनिक इस युद्ध में वीरगति को प्राप्त हो चुके थे और करीब 15 सैनिक घायल हुए थे
