A few days ago I had to go shopping at the pharmacy in the Manzanares Plaza Shopping Center. Years ago I had the pleasure of performing with my group, Los Cañoneros, in that place. I was there twice, to see the spaces and prepare the show and then, the day of the performance.

However, because it was work related, on that occasion I did not pay attention to the characteristics of the place.

This time I went with my wife and we were not in a hurry, so we took things calmly, since we were only going to make a precise purchase.

Upon arriving at the front of the mall, the first thing that catches one's attention are the balconies in the central area, which are all full of bushes, which gives a very fresh view to the building.

After shopping, we decided to walk around the site a bit to get to know it. The truth is that it was quite a surprise to discover how beautiful the site is, as it has large spaces, many of them open and with abundant vegetation, which makes it blend in with the nature that surrounds the building.

The building is 6000 m2, inaugurated in 1999, that keeps in excellent condition and maintains a modern look that blends perfectly with the mountainous environment of the area, located in the municipality of Baruta, in the city of Caracas.

Undoubtedly, an element that contributed to our enjoyment of this visit was that the day was radiant with a spectacular sun, which made the views outside and in the open spaces much more beautiful.

Of course, we had to take advantage of such an environment to have some healthy fun, and we took the opportunity to take some selfies and taste a wonderful mocachino, accompanied by some delicious butter cookies.

Hace algunos días me tocó ir a comprar en la farmacia del Centro Comercial Manzanares Plaza. Años atrás tuvo el gusto de presentarme con mi grupo, Los Cañoneros, en ese lugar. Estuve allí dos veces, para ver los espacios y preparar el espectáculo y luego, el día de la actuación.

Sin embargo, por tratarse de cosas de trabajo, en esa oportunidad no me fijé en las características del lugar.

En esta oportunidad fui con mi esposa y no teníamos ninguna prisa, así que asumimos las cosas con calma, a pesar de que solo íbamos a hacer una compra precisa.

Al llegar al frente del centro comercial, lo primero que capta la atención de uno, son los balcones del área central, que están todos llenos de matas, lo que le da una vista muy fresca a la construcción.

Luego de hacer la compra, decidimos caminar un poco por el sitio, para poder conocerlo. La verdad es que fue toda una sorpresa descubrir lo hermoso del sitio, pues tiene grandes espacios, muchos de ellos abiertos y con abundante vegetación, lo cual logra que este se integre con la naturaleza que bordea el edificio.

Se trata de una construcción de 6000 m2, inaugurada en 1999, pero se conserva en excelente estado y mantiene un aspecto de modernidad que combina perfectamente con el ambiente montañoso de la zona, ubicado en el municipio Baruta, de la ciudad de Caracas.

Sin duda, un elemento que contribuyó a que disfrutáramos mucho esa visita, es que el día estaba radiante con un sol espectacular, lo cual hacía mucho más hermosas las vistas hacia el exterior y en los espacios abiertos.

Por supuesto, semejante ambiente debíamos aprovecharlo para pasar un rato de sana diversión y aprovechamos para tomas unas selfies y degustar un maravilloso mocachino, acompañado de una exquisita pasta seca.
