Sleep is one of the basis foundations of mental and physical health, for sure.

One thing which I did 5 weeks ago, was quitting caffeine 5 hours before sleep, and also reducing the intake by half during the day.

One podcast that I routinely listen to is the HubermanLab Podcast, and on his podcast, sleep is a recurrent topic. Well, since he is a physical and performance health enhancer, everyone knows why he speech so often on this topic.

One thing that I've tried is to not having caffeine after 4 pm, and not having the first cup of coffee before the first 90 min after wake up - to upscale the momentum of the adrenal gland production of cortisol in the first 90 min after waking up. I also started to watch sunlight (not direct one, off course) during morning and in the end of the day. It improves melatonin production and sleep enhancement. In my case, sleeping with a bracelet or a watch on my wrist affects my sleep quality... I have to take off just before going to sleep.

Keep up your sleep improvement. Many more advantages on the way, @alexvan
