What is Hive SBI, and How Is It HIVE For Life?
Hive SBI stands for Hive Stake Basic Income units. HSBI can be earned when someone donates HIVE to the HSBI account in your name, and when you donate HIVE in someone elses name.
Each SBI unit you own is like earning HIVE for life because you will receive up-votes from the HSBI account. The more HSBI units you have, the higher and more frequent the up-votes will be. Learn more about HSBI here and on their discord.
How a Winner is Chosen
Each unique HIVE user who comments (excluding BOTS and banned accounts) will receive one ticket.
Each unique HIVE user who re-blogs this post will receive another ticket.
Then one Lucky Ticket is drawn randomly using our random number generator.

For a bot which curates (instead of sending tipping tokens), it's technically impossible to curate twice on the same content using the same Hive account, unless the person who wants the post to be curated again decides to just to increase the percentage of the curation (or vote again in case the Voting Power is already at 100% and the account curating has made a significant Hive Power Up), by which the previous curation gets forfeited for both the curator and the author's content being curated. 🤓 This problem can easily be solved if the curating bot has alt accounts which can vote more for the selected content. 😏

Anyway, your LOLZ command didn't work, probably because the LOLZ bot already counts the !CTP tipping command (even if the CTP tipping bot no longer fulfills CTP tipping commands). 😅

I guess that is because the !LOLZ bit cannot determine if a token is still fulfilling tipping commands or not... !wine
In the same way, the !LOLZ bot can't determine if a bot command is for tipping a new token. 🤔🤓 !LUV
