The Tune Tune Train keeps rolling:

The Tune Tune Train is a challenge I came up with based on the Three Tunes Tuesday format. It´s a TTT with a riddle!

How doe it work?

I will give you three great songs and you can win a $1 Ecency boost if you tell me what connects the songs.
A connection can be: they are all about flowers, they have the same drummer, they all sing about Pink Mushrooms, or they are all kids from famous parents. Just to give an idea of what a connection might be.

It´s up to you Dear Reader to figure out what connects the Tune Tune Train. The first one that drops the solution in the comments gets a $1 boost on their next post!
Or you can just wait till I solve the riddle in next week's post.

And these were last week's songs:

Elvis - Hound Dog
Elvis - Always on My Mind
Elvis - In The Ghetto

Last Week's Clue Was:

  • *King of Thieves

Got the Book?

We Have A Winner

@ablaze was very fast with the connection, Elvis, The King Of Thieves, stole all those huge hits from someone else....they were all covers. Hence he got a $1 upvote on his next post and I was happy to give that to him because that guy did not expect the amount of work that goes into his Three Tunes Tuesday.

Here we go again!

All Aboard!

The Tune Tune Train is Taking Off!
Are You Ready To Riddle?

Okay, so I like to give that $1 upvote away again this week, so I made it easy. Easy and awesome because I found three gorgeous songs that have that one thing connecting them.

A long long time ago there was this band, it had a guy called Paul and no it was not the Beatles but Paul did have a great voice.

The Style Council - My Ever-Changing Moods

This next one is so sweet it hurts my teeth, but damn I am a sucker for this type of lyrics, song by a little angel called Sara.

Sara Bareilles - Everything Changes

IDK, stained is a bit too polished for me, a bit of everything ending up being nothing, nothing personal, nothing unique. This is a great song, but it could have come from so many other bands, but that doesn´t make the song any worse.

Staind - Something To remind

Here, Have A Clue

Life´s only Constant

BTW how do you guys like my new TUNE TUNE TRAIN (pic)?

Let me know in the comments if you figure out what connects these three songs. If you need another hint, check out my Midnight Gems Session this Friday!

Because the First to get it right, gets a nice $1 Ecency Boost!

The connection and winner will be featured in next week's #TTT

Is the connection change? Everything is constantly changing? I love the song by Staind the most.

I have picked this post on behalf of the @OurPick project which will be highlighted in the next post! Comment Footer.jpg

Ah, that was a lucky guess then by me. The connection reminds me of the Keane song too :

Well based on two songs and the hint it was very well doable, I wanted to put the stained song in there to confuse people as he sings about his ever-changing life but it´s not in the title.

I almost used that Keane song, Love Keane btw but that particular song has a connection for me to my ex wife so I was like .....nahhhh

Yeah, i heard him singing about change in the lyrics. It was a nice easy one this week though. I love that Keane one too. Still love it 19 years or so later.

Looks like I am too late again. Didn't even stand a chance. You could have used the song Change by Blind Melon, but that might have been too on the nose. It's a great song though. Probably one of my favorites from that time period. Or.... What's that song Change in the house of flies by the Deftones... That would be been awesome. I haven't heard that jam in forever. Now it's going to be screaming in my head all day.

I saw the lead singer of Staind at a concert a while ago. He does country now and he is kind of a douche. It wasn't my favorite set of the evening.

I know that Staind got dissed a lot back in the day, I guess we now know why. But it was that Staind song I used in another post and made me think of the style counsel but Damn, I have not listed to Deftones in a million years Change in the house of flies would have been awesome indeed.

I didn't hate Staind, but I wasn't impressed with Aaron Lewis solo.

The song talks about change. I just saw the cross-post now on the #music community.

Yes you are right, unfortunately, this weeks riddle was "So Easy" as the title says that someone beat you to it. But no worries, new riddle next week, might not be as easy but certainly as much fun.

Good tunes as always and great to see you getting good engagement for your guessing contest. Keep them coming my friend. The Style Council - My Ever-Changing Moods the highlight for me this week from your trio.

They deserve better engagement it in my opinion, keep it going and it will grow

I agree but real engagement is hard to obtain, and that is partially my fault as I focus too much on creating content but I am working on improving my engagement. But it´s just fun coming up with them so I ain't quiting
