Last week I told you how important time is when it comes to improving your Health & Wealth. But I need too many words to do so. And someone made this smart remark that the people that do not have time to learn how to get healthy wealthy never will have time to read my 8-minute post

And he/she was right. All those people caught in the debt trap are spending their time working hard, making money to pay for their debt. Nobody has time to read my whining post about how you can turn things around. Hence I am gonna Summarize parts 1 & 2 in a post that takes you less than 5 minutes. This means that more about my personal struggles and 10 awesome tips to save money will be postponed till next week, sorry!

How to Avoid the Debt Trap

To get out of the debt trap you need to realize a few things:

The world is designed for average people

Now at first I thought they were using average as a euphemism for being Poor.I was wrong even though the two go hand in hand, they are not the same.

Advice #1
Being poor might not be a choice, being in debt is a choice

Advice #2
Debt will keep you poor, it´s designed to do so

Advice #3
Other people have a much better understanding of your brain than you do.

Are you living from paycheck to paycheck?
If yes, have you ever asked yourself why?

Because the financial elite needs you to spend.
If you spend they receive.
If you spend more they receive more.
If you spend more than you have they receive the most.

You and millions like you are this economy's cash cow.

How to end that without killing yourself?

Well I have written two parts that might help but to summarize is this is the short version

• Cashbook - Get Insight On What Comes In & Goes Out
• Spend Less - Make sure you are left with money instead of days at the end of the month
• Lose that Debt - Use that money that is left to pay for your debt & not your next food order
• Create A Plan - Have a feasible plan to obliterate your debt asap
• Multi-Year Plan- Make sure you also plan to invest the money you are now using to that debt.
• Learn about $ - Finance is behavior and behavior you can learn. Learn about finance and investing
• No More BS - Stop having excuses, accept you messed up, and do not offer excuses as having no time, being too stressed, or too tired. Excuses keep you poor.

Investing

You need to invest to make money and if you do not have money to invest, you use that other valuable commodity TIME!

A commodity is a basic good used in commerce that is interchangeable with other goods of the same type. Commodities are most often used as inputs in the production of other goods or services.

No Time for "No time" excuses, plan your Cashbook first, and your time second. So you need a Cashbook & an Agenda.

Invest
Plan

Research your spending, by investing time and plan to do it better.

Research finance, find a couple of good investments, and plan the compounding of interest

Research what you really need, invest time to get that need at the highest quality and the lowest price, and plan your budget accordingly.

And Stick to the plan! Because:

And if the plan fails, take the lessons learned, update the plan, and keep going. You can change the plan but never change the goal. Because getting more wealthy, will reduce stress, and make you healthier and a nicer person.
