A picture is worth a thousand words- Let it out

I see a vast space though with trees that look like shrubs from my viewpoint, it feels empty.
Maybe more within self than the sight of this view.
They say we reflect more of what is within than we know it. This time I believe ‘they’ because I feel pain within without pinpointing what particularly hurts me. I want to scream and let out steam.

A nudge from my inner self ‘No one is here, scream girl’.
‘Aaaaaaaaaaaagh!!!’
It does not echo it just goes farther. I waited as though expecting feedback.
I bothered no one and no one stopped me.
Then I went off with the highest pitch that felt like I sang without rhythm but one that went on forever.
‘Eeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh!

And like an exhausted wreck I was down on my knees then sitting and crying my eyes out.
I felt lighter and this time not wanting to be alone anymore, I wanted a big tight hug that said ‘It will all be fine!’.

I understand completely, and have practiced this numerous times over my life. It's better than therapy, I believe for some things that ail you. Whew....that felt better, I know. Reassurance beforehand would have probably helped to solve or lessen the explosion.

I was down on my knees then sitting and crying my eyes out.

Our knees are the safest place to fall on, and a quick phone call to God. 😊 Apparently, tears of pain were tested to have toxins compared to tears of joy. So, it's actually a heart and emotions cleanse to cry. 🤔

I wanted a big tight hug that said ‘It will all be fine!’.
