Measurement needed for drafting these gowm

The baby that will be wearing these gown is about two years, and so her burst measurement is 23, her tommy is 23, her shoulder measurement is 12, her sleeve is 5 and her round sleeve is 5, her gown length is 27.

Drafting

Inorder to get an accurate measurement while drafting, i divided the burst, tommy bodice by four, while the shoulder is divided by two.

After drafting i ha to cut it out, then cut the down part of the gown , is a gown with little gathers, so i hai had to fold the material i to four, then measure out the waist and the length, remember, i used 10 inches as the half length of these gown, so i minus 10 from the actual gown length and cut it out.
