This weekend for me has been very stressful, although I still have stress, because of some things I find myself doing, stress is the worst enemy of the human being, it exhausts you mentally and affects you indirectly in your body, it is something that I really do not like to experience, it practically takes me out of my peace of mind.

I know that we experience this a lot, but I think I should lead a quieter and calmer life, all this affects me in my being because it makes me feel very tired and I am a person who has a lot of energy, but I have certainly found that stress exhausts me very quickly.

Something that helps me to be calm is to be able to enjoy nature, in it I find an incredible world, it gives me freshness and I find peace, I know that all this will pass and that very soon we will be enjoying the things for which we make sacrifices.

I was at my in-laws house and this beautiful silver blooms in the middle of this chaos of the heat and I found it very attractive to take a picture so I hope you can enjoy it.
