Logramos cambiar los discos del freno ⚙️ | By @wbrandt [ESP-ENG]

Hoy, mis queridos amigos, les vengo a compartir la continuación del post anterior, que hice en la comunidad, que fue cuando compré los discos de frenos del carro. Si quieres verlo por aquí, te dejo él enlace.
Buenos, amigos, llegó el gran día de colocar los dos discos de frenos nuevos, para reemplazar los viejos que están bastante desgastados, por el uso de los años y de verdad que ya lo ameritaba.
Yo normalmente viajo a casa de los suegros, y allí es donde podemos hacer estos trabajos en casa, por el hecho de que no poseo las herramientas adecuadas para hacer este trabajo, por ende mi suegro sabe de mecánica y eso es una gran ventaja para uno ahorrar un dinerito y ese dinero es mejor compartirlo con la familia.
Cómo pueden observar, comenzamos primero fue asegurar el carro bien con unas tablas, y utilizando el gato hidráulico para levantar el carro y colocar las tablas bien y dejar caer todo el peso allí.
Después de esto sacamos la rueda izquierda primero, ya que este lado era el que está a más afectado, lo digo por el disco que estaba muy desgastado, luego sacamos todo lo que era el sistema del freno, sin embargo, pensábamos que era un poco más difícil sacar el moso, creíamos que tenía una sola entrada donde van los pernos.
Pero nos dimos cuenta de que tenía tornillos para poder separar el moso. Al aflojar, los tornillos empezaron a salir, pero era difícil. El suegro le dio unos golpes con el martillo y salió por completo, y ya quedaba libre el disco.
Ya aquí era pan comido, pero el suegro y yo decidimos lavar bien las rolineras, y volverlas a engrasar para dejar eso bien por ese lado, luego al colocar el disco y el moso junto, se procedió a colocarlo todo en conjunto, fue sumamente rápido esta parte, se volvió a armar el sistema de frenos y se montó la rueda.
Después pasamos a la siguiente rueda, pero aquí se nos complicó un poco con sacar el moso del disco, y el suegro tiene una herramienta que es como una araña, o así se le dice, una herramienta bastante curiosa, pero muy práctica para sacar estas cosas y se hace muy fácil.
Cuando salió pudimos hacer todo lo demás que le hicimos a la otra rueda, y todo se veía muy bonito, le colocamos las pastillas nuevas, que había comprado, y me gustó mucho como quedó, con sus discos y pastillas nuevas.
Luego le hice el bombeo de frenos para que puedan agarrar bien y queden como uno quiere, y cuando lo saqué a dar una vuelta y fui probando frenando de a poco, quedé impresionada la diferencia que se sentía.
Quedé encantado y emocionado por esto. Gracias a la ayuda de mi suegro, pude solventar este inconveniente. La verdad es que los discos ya estaban muy viejos, que en cualquier momento podrían partir.
Y ahora si puedo estar más tranquilo porque tiene todo lo de los frenos al día, la verdad es que le hemos invertido bastante al carro, pero es lo que es para ir poniendo lo al día como decimos aquí en Venezuela.

Today, my dear friends, I come to share with you the continuation of the previous post, which I made in the community, which was when I bought the brake discs of the car. If you want to see it here, I leave it link.
Well, friends, the big day has arrived to install the two new brake discs, to replace the old ones that are quite worn out, due to the use of the years and it really deserved it.
I usually travel to my in-laws house, and that's where we can do these jobs at home, due to the fact that I don't have the right tools to do this job, therefore my father-in-law knows about mechanics and that's a great advantage to save a little money and that money is better to share with the family.
As you can see, we first started by securing the carriage well with some boards, and using the hydraulic jack to lift the carriage and place the boards well and drop all the weight there.
After this we removed the left wheel first, as this side was the most affected, I say this because the disc was very worn, then we removed everything that was the brake system, however, we thought it was a little more difficult to remove the hub, we thought it had a single entry where the bolts go.
But we realized that it had screws to be able to separate the moso. When we loosened it, the screws started to come out, but it was difficult. The father-in-law gave it a few blows with the hammer and it came out completely, and the disc was free.
Already here it was a piece of cake, but the father-in-law and I decided to wash the bearings well, and re-grease them to leave that well on that side, then when placing the disc and the hub together, we proceeded to place it all together, it was extremely fast this part, the brake system was reassembled and the wheel was mounted.
Then we moved on to the next wheel, but here we got a little complicated with removing the disc from the disc, and the father in law has a tool that is like a spider, or so it is called, a rather curious tool, but very practical to remove these things and it is very easy to do.
When it came out we were able to do everything else we did to the other wheel, and everything looked very nice, we put the new pads, which I had bought, and I really liked how it looked, with its new discs and pads.
Then I pumped up the brakes so that they can grip well and stay the way you want them to, and when I took it out for a ride and tested the brakes a little at a time, I was impressed with the difference it felt.
I was thrilled and excited about it. Thanks to my father-in-law's help, I was able to solve this problem. The truth is that the discs were already very old, they could break at any moment.
And now I can be more relaxed because it has all the brakes up to date, the truth is that we have invested a lot in the car, but it is what it is to be putting it up to date as we say here in Venezuela.

Chamo esos disco ya no aguantaban una rectificada más de pana, menos mal que los cambiastes.
Jajaja, si por eso los cambie, está como el meme, 🤣 ya no aguanto más!! Jajaja si me la mal que los compré nuevo los dos, tenemos es disco para un buen rato mi hermano 👍🏼👍🏼
Ahora prepárate para en cualquier momento cambiar los rodamientos delanteros es un tema ese sistema de esos discos de verdad que me parece innecesario complicar tanto la mecánica en un carro tan sencillo
Hola, que tal, mi suegro también me ayudaba a reparar las cajas hidromaticas bueno cuando tenia carro, el tiene muchas herramientas y es mecánico, Dios bendiga a los suegros que nos dan esa mano de ayuda, bueno si los discos de frenos se ven muy gastados, que bueno que pudiste reemplazarlos, la seguridad primero.
Épale mi hermano todo bien, que bueno que tengamos suegros así, la verdad que así se aprende mucho sobre este tema y es de gran ayuda. Claro mi hermano ya no aguantaban más esos discos de freno, me dijeron que los rectificara, pero viendolo desde mi punto de vista era mejor comprarlo nuevo y tener frenos y disco para un buen rato largó.
