How my bank network saved me from a big mess

I think it was last week Wednesday or so, when
A particular customers came for to swap his phone to another one, I gave him the amount he will have to put on the swapped phone before he can own the new one, after I have charged him for the new phone , there is something I discovered which I think it is not always common , but thanks to God I wasn't carried away with the money he wanted to give me though the money was catchy and it will be able to solve the problems I had at that moment .
This was the issue God saved me from, I never knew the phone he wanted to swap to get a new one was a stolen phone and they were tracking the phone from far away.I mean there was a police case on it .How did I even escape this mess that could have put me into trouble?

After we had agreed with the price and everything, it was now time to make payment into my bank account but something happened that I got very angry and mad without knowing God was trying to save me from a mess that could have caused a lot .
He tried sending the money to my bank account but with all the efforts nothing worked, I felt very bad then he said I should wait till evening time. Maybe by that time the network would have been in good condition, I agreed with him and I allowed him to go with the hope of him coming back in the evening .

It was evening time and I was still expecting him to come but he wasn't coming , so I decided to let one of my apprentices go look for him where he stays because before he left my shop, he had already dropped his address and he said where he stays wasn't to my shop
After my apprentice had gone to his house for some hour, I saw my apprentice coming towards me with a pitiable face. I was very curious to know what had happened.he told me the man who came to my shop for swapping his phone was later confirmed a thief, I was like a thief as how? he said the phone that the man brought for swapping was a stolen phone and there is a case on it.

He said police officers are picking whosoever that was connected to the phone either by swapping or repairs.

Thanks to God that the bank network failed , that was how I escaped the issues.
