Fan repair and maintenance
Hello community it is a pleasure to greet you and wish you a happy Wednesday. This time I want to share with you my creative activity which is to perform a maintenance to my fan because due to conditions of use it began to sound very loud and I realized it was a problem with the blade.
Although, the problem lies specifically in the screw that holds the blade as it was damaged and I have not found a replacement. Because of that I had to put a screw but when the blade starts to rotate the screw starts to loosen and therefore it comes out of the screw and rests on the lid and that's when the annoying noise starts.
Hola comunidad es un gusto saludarles y desearles felíz miércoles. En esta ocasión deseo compartirles mi actividad creativa la cual consiste en realizar un mantenimiento a mi ventilador ya que por condiciones de uso comenzó a sonar muy fuerte y me percaté que era un problema con el aspa.
Aunque, el problema radica específicamente en el tornillo que sostiene al aspa ya que se dañó y no he conseguido el repuesto. Debido a eso tuve que colocar un tornillo pero cuando el aspa cominza a girar el tornillo empieza a aflojarse y por ende se sale del tornillo y se apoya en la tapa y allí es cuando inicia ese ruido tan molesto.

After removing the brackets I proceeded to remove the fan screws so that I could open the housing and remove it to perform the corresponding maintenance and look for a possible solution to the screw, so that when the fan starts to turn on and the blade starts to rotate, it is securely fastened in such a way that it will not be damaged.
Then with a brush I removed the dust adhered to the casing and the fan motor. In addition, I removed the remaining dirt with a damp cloth.
Después con una brocha retiré el polvo adherido a la carcasa y al motor del ventilador. Además, con un trapo húmedo retiré el sucio restante
After cleaning the fan housing, I removed the fan blade.
Then to look for a possible solution to the above mentioned problem, I looked for an aluminum foil specifically the one that comes with the margarine container. I did this so that it would take the shape of the screw and at the moment of tightening it would act in the same way as Teflon in a tube.
I confess that this was an idea 💡 that came from looking for this piece in my city and I couldn't find it. Then I got a little desperate because I live in a coastal area and these days have been too strong as the heat every day has intensified to the point that the air conditioning does not seem to cool and with the fan we can help a little in the performance of it.

Luego para buscar una posible solución al problema arriba mencionado, busque un papel aluminio específicamente el que trae el envase de margarina. Esto lo hice con la finalidad de que esté tome la forna del tornillo y al momento de apretar actúe de la misma forma que el teflón en un tubo.
Les confieso que eso fue una idea 💡que surgió de tanto buscar esa pieza en mi ciudad y no la encontré. Entonces me desesperé un poco porque vivo en una zona costera y estos días han sido demasiado fuerte ya que el calor cada día se ha intensificado al punto que los aire acondicionado parece que no enfría y con el ventilador podemos ayudar un poco en el rendimiento de éste.
Then I put the screw in and thank God it went in well. Then I put the housing on and finally tested. It was a success thanks to the Eternal One.
The blade works without any problem, and I even put it in the maximum speed and it works spectacular.

Luego coloqué el tornillo y gracias a Dios pudo entrar bien. Después puse la carcasa y finalmente probé. Fue todo un éxito gracias al Eterno.
El aspa funciona sin ningún problema, e incluso le ponga en la velocidad máxima y funciona espectacular.

Con este clima súper caluroso que hay en algunos países latinoamericanos es una necesidad tener un ventilador. La ventaja de saber de todo un poco es poder hacer el mantenimiento por nuestra cuenta y algunas reparaciones. Super necesario tener un ventilador que funcione bien y como siempre digo hay que hacerle su mantenimiento a las cosas así no se dañen o no esperar a que pase eso para hacerlo.
Hola, ciertamente, el ventilador se ha convertido en un equipo de primera necesidad porque el calor está tan intenso e insoportable que aún con un aire acondicionado se siente. En estos últimos meses la venta ha crecido mucho por la gran demanda y su utilidad con la finalidad de aplacar un poco este fenómeno, por eso, es menester cuidarlo y tratarlo con mucho amor haciéndole su respectivo mantenimiento periódicamente.

Hola amigo, me alegro que hayas resuelto el problema, no pudiste poner el repuesto que lleva pero en estás situaciones, "A falta de pan, casabe" 😂, lo importante es que salió funcional, y ahora puedes aplacar un poco mejor el calor. Saludos desde Cuba.
