The metric used was through RichList. I took the values that were in Stake, added to the Delegation In and subtracted the Delegation Out, and that was the result.

These guys are the biggest in the game, proofofbrain has started out really strongly, this is encouraging by all means. But I guess with time we need to create atractiveness or more incentive to be here.

I'd like to see posts showing the the rich list organized by balance to ask users why they aren't staking. I'm sure there are good reasons, but I think that would lead to more POB getting staked and put to work for users who maybe just haven't been paying attention to the POB they have and the ways they can earn with POB Power.

My original POB curation strategy was aimed at increasing awareness about the POB tribe by spreading around POB tokens "like manure', with an eye toward teasingly spreading them to unsuspecting commenters from outside the POB tribe. I detailed that here.
I am still doing that, looking for posts with lots of engagement, then scanning the replies looking for [1] new accounts that I haven't seen before (and sending 10 to 20 POB their way, so that they become aware of the tribe) and [2] insightful engagement (and sending 10 or more POB their way, even if they've already received some of my 'seed' and 'manure' POB).
I am also looking for engaging posts that represent original and independent thinking. If your post causes me to scratch my head or start looking at something from a different perspective, expect an upvote -- persuade me with well-thought-out arguments, or don't persuade me, but present your arguments well.
I am a big fan of decentralized decision-making and all things related thereto, and a promoter of Liberty and Freedom. Add value to any conversation related to those topics, and you'll have my attention. Same goes with efforts to Expand the Hive in general as well as efforts to expand awareness of the POB tribe. You can also get my attention by Betting on Main Street and documenting how you're doing that.

I pursue those things that I see as genuinely adding value, and POB fit that category, so I jumped in.
This is similar to my decision to jump right in to the Hive community after my convo with @theycallmedan a few months ago (when he graciously took time to explain Hive to my students).
keep it up, for these projects to really take off, they need stewards to care for them and keep them on track.
I too am looking to spread the POB coin around and get more people involved in the tribe. I will often look through the new list as well to reward new authors. I’d like to see a roadmap or something else to see where this tribe might go? I do like the hard cap of 21 million tokens.
