I didn't believe that either, but there is a possibility that there is such a person who would have the absolute power of a well-defined group that can leave their mark on some decisions at the level of some states. Just think a little about all the banking or financial institutions and how they depend on each other, on the debts of some states that in the first phase would be assumed to be bought through certain financial tricks that many of us still don't understand at the moment.
