We Are In It Again | Hike In Price Met Scarcity

We are at it again and this time around we don't know the actually things that is causing this new hike in fuel price, I rarely visit fuel station nowadays because I had to opt to taking bike since it is way cheaper in my new location and the light is really stable except some days they will just take it off without reason and bring it back the next day. The last news I heard about fuel was that they want to slash or reduce the price to like 400-500 and I was still joking with my guy that if fuel happens to comedown to 200naira, I will just full my tank and start driving interstate just to celebrate 😂😂

Then last week I saw a video on tiktok where someone was complaining they were force to buy meatpie in a fuel station before they can sell fuel for them, No meatpie no fuel and I was just laughing where I was because I can't even comprehend that kind of situation when I'm not hungry why should i buy meat pie that we both know is not sweet (low standard) and pricy because of fuel, it was a serious case but I laughed then I remembered most petrol station at my end here have shutdown or are not selling even the one that opened always close after 3hrs and you will see queue on the road that you will start thinking if that is the only fuel station around (when it is not a monopoly thing).

Nepa decided to shenk us 2days ago and I had to start finding fuel up and down because the heat was much, called a bike man and he took me to one fuel station which was really far, the funniest part was they off their light so people won't know they are selling, then lock their gate, we had to pay to enter and those that refuse to pay weren't allow in, I had to scope the guy that when I'm coming out I will pay because there is no change, he took the bait and allow me in, now to get fuel I saw 750 naira per litre and I had to shine my eyes twice but I need the fuel so what will men do, the fuel guy still charge us 100 naira for keg users, only God knows what he will collect from bikemen and car owners, no one could complain because if you can't pay, you aren't getting fuel after everything, i had to find a way to sneak out so I won't pay the guy that took my bait because with everything i saw, i don't have spare money to give. Now I get to find out that fuel is now 900 niara per litre which means more hardship because things skyrocket more, we are really tired now with all this shenanigans
