Men Experience Mood Swings Too

I still always shocking to me whenever I have some mood swings conversation with ladies and there reactions is somehow surprising, I told a lady I had mood swings since morning that I even had to stay offline and try to focus on other stuff and her reply was "Do men have mood swings too", apparently she thought mood swings is only for ladies and I laughed. Well, some times we do have this change in moods but it is very rare and we don't always like to show it, men don't actually show lot of times, instead of showing it or throwing tantrums like most ladies, we just try to masculinize it and show the strong look while we try to pull through, some how we have being raised in some kind of ways.

As a man, we are expected to be strong, not to cry, to be soft, not to look weak but on the serious level, we do bleed inside but we rarely say it out when we know it is rare having a shoulder to cry on. Real men don't cry they say 🥲 if you do, they see you as the weak one. There are time I just sit down to listen to some men talks and I will just be wondering what kind of life is this, who make it a standard for men not to show weakness or talk about their fears, we just bottled everything inside and when they can't control such anymore instead of saying something, they end up doing stuff they shouldn't do and later they find solace in it and get addicted.

Men too get mood swings n need someone who can pamper them.. They too feel broken when their closed one's hurt them.. They too want someone who can make them feel special.. Yes they don't cry easily but it doesn't mean that things don't affect them. @Chaotic__Soull tweet

We are humans too, we have mood swings, we have fear and all but at times on one even cares to ask or wish to know, even with the standard out there about men we still wish to have someone we can open up to easily and yes we love pampering and all those baby care 🥹🥹🥹
