Anothier Big Disruption Looms

There is an imminent disruption in the social media category and it is obvious there is need for web3 versions of all the possibilities of web2 social media. Questions recently raised on Twitter such as "What's the most underrated project in Web3 that deserves more shine?", "What's the coolest dApp in Web3 rn?", "what's the coolest thing being built in #crypto right now?", "Who is building a decentralized reddit?", etc, already shows a recognized gap that need to be filled by a unique creation.

It's however surprising that after the Five years of Hive's existence, many find it difficult to accept its unique value and uniqueness in the web3 space. Or is it that these influencers have not heard about hive blockchain and its projects? Obviously, the Hive blockchain an the unique projects leveraging the Hive infrastructure cannot be ignored for long.

@Anomadsoul in a recent post mentioned that just concluded LeoFinance Adoption campaign, 26 Lions achieved more than 10k views on their Leo-related Tweets, some of them even got over 20k views. Many must have seen LeoFinance but do not really understand that this one web3 product is an everything app and provides almost all the possibilities of web2 socialmedia.

One of the latest deliveries is Communities on LeoFinance to converge several communities of interest in one platform where robust discussions are made but on a web3 infrastructure. What more than a web3 Reddit this feature would turn LeoFinance into?

Reddit before Now

Reddit as we know had been a great place to get significant value, from tech tips to interesting niche topics. There's probably a subreddit you can visit to check out a place to share vacation photos from exotic locations, get career advice, or learn about news trending in other parts of the world. Unlike other sites, Reddit allows its users, known as redditors, to curate news for others in the social network.

Reddit became a popular social space courtesy of its unique community-driven approach to content sharing and discussion. “Subreddits,” which are communities focused on specific topics or interests became target spots to find answers to niche-related quests.

But... Reddit is on Fire!

In the cause of gathering facts for this post, I discovered that Reddit is on fire. Most users are looking for an alternative, better still, a web3 alernative. There are complains upon complains showing dissatisfaction and the answers to those questions can be found on Hive and particularly on LeoFinance. I've not really been a fan of Reddit over time but I thin its time to look for my login details, dust them and get on to talk about th beauties of LeoFInance and he communities features which is a best fir and replacement for Reddit. I n fact, it is a better alternative as a web3 version of Reddit.
