Sign Of A Victory .

Happy weekend Actifit Family! I hope each and everyone is staying active and productive? . Today being Saturday for me is a day set aside to play football or soccer , whichever one you want to call it .. If you are familiar with my posts you'll know Saturday mornings is soccer time . I look forward to it because it's an opportunity to keep myself fit and interact with the boys .

It's usually a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval . Teams are selected at random through a ballot system which is always fair and square. By so doing this everyone gets a team to play in .

Today, I enjoyed playing with my teammates I must say . Unlike the previous weeks when I didn’t enjoy my gameplay, today was a different ball game entirely . I got a brace and an assist to cap my performance for the day. Trust me the feeling of victory certainly feels good and therapeutic.
