Another Saturday To keep Fit

Happy weekend Actifit Family, I hope we are all well and fine . For me I started my weekend with playing soccer with my friends . This is more or less an activity I've stucked to doing for some years now I must say . That's right ! I play football every Saturday mornings to keep myself fit physically.

Indeed this is an activity I always look forward to participating in always . I usually get on my way to the field once I'm done with my routine physical fitness exercises. They include push-ups, sit-ups and lifting of dumbbells. The field from house is usually a 10 minutes drive so I was able to get there on time .

Guys were in large numbers on the field today and that only meant there will be much teams on ground to face each other . I usually get myself prepared for the incoming intense actions by jogging round the pitch for about 5-10 minutes before kickoff.

Its usually a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval . Teams are usually selected at random through a ballot system . This is always fair and square as everyone gets a team to play in . Today , I happened to be in Team B . It was or more or less a poor outing for myself and my teammates as we failed to secure a win in any of the sets . We lost a set and played stalemates with the rest.

Despite the outcome, every moment spent on the field was cherished, reinforcing the bond shared among friends united by their love for the beautiful game.
