Happy Hive Power Up Day!
Did you power up today?
I did! Today, to celebrate October #HPUD, I powered up 19.481 HIVE! This brought my Hive Power from 2,652.722 to 2,672.253, which is a nice little boost! This gets me even closer to my short-term goal of reaching dolphin 🐬 level!
Just before powering up...
The HIVE that I powered up today comes from my daily passive income sources, participating in @benthomaswwd's @heartbeatonhive contests, and from being in the top ten on the Ecency Leaderboard, which is pretty great! I believe that this is the third #HPUD in which I've participated so far. I'd love it make it a consistent and regular thing, though I don't always have sufficent liquid HIVE at the beginning of each month, so presently I join in when I'm able.
Here we go!
Powering up is a demonstration of our belief in, and our love for, this exceptional Blockchain that we all call home! It gives us ever-more power and weight here, that we can use for the good of all! The more we have, the more we are able to help others, the greater our curation rewards, and the greater our say in voting for witnesses and proposals. That all sounds great to me!

I got held up, however, when I couldn't get anyone to join the campaign using my referral link. I posted it a few times, but nothing, so I just focused on other things.
