Best of luck on that investment. I'm keeping an eye but in my opinion there are already way to many DeFi projects out there. I'll just stick to CUB and Pancake until ETH 2.0 comes around

That is cool. I think as long as the chain supports it we will start seeing more and more defi projects pop up on other chains. I just got into some stuff over on the MATIC network the other day. It isn't a ton, but I am pretty excited about it.

Nowadays every chain becomes smart contracts. Its crazy to see this, also because everything is based on ETH smart contracts.
I think this is the standard. It will become really hard be release a competitor product to this if all developers uses ETH smart contracts.
Not sure how things will turn out in a long run.

Yeah, that's a super sad point :D Like if Hive doesn't want to be the best blockchain out :D
Maybe at some point Kyle or Blocktrades or something else built it with Hive as a native token.
But I think this would be a dream. If we become smart contracts, I'm super sure it will run with own token and hive wouldn't really benefit from it :O
The more, the better. BCH looked good before the crash. I didn't get in but who knows.

Damn! BCH is adding so much development to itself. I can't think of any major developments from BTC in recent time. Everything about BTC feels old & outdated TBH.

yep, it's an announcement of progress toward the eventuality of an airdrop, pending further governance token distribution and perhaps the launch of the smartBCH mainnet sometime in the future.
WELL most big defi things eventually do a governace airdrop :)
