I have talked a lot about this husky dog Asil, who was abandoned in the park many times before and was fed by the security guards here. We go to him every evening and spend time with him. We try to help him as much as possible.

Today we met the friend of the owner who abandoned Asil in the park. She told us that she knew the owner and what he had been through and what he had been subjected to. I am so sad that I have difficulty even writing this.

Asil was taken by his owner as a baby and locked in a basement. He lived here in the dark with rats until he was 4 years old. As if being locked in a dark basement was not enough, he was subjected to constant violence by his owner. He was starved for days. Finally, she was thrown out on the street because of the odor. The person who told us about this situation felt sorry for Asile and brought her to this park. She now lives in the park. People who come here feed her. The conditions here are not very good, but at least she is in the open air and her belly is full!

I want to take him so badly! I live in an apartment and I have another dog at home. Unfortunately, animals are not welcome in the apartment where I live. They don't like dogs, so I can't take Asili into my house. I try to take care of her in the park as much as possible.

I want to buy a house with a big garden just to adopt Asili, but unfortunately the real estate market has skyrocketed and they want incredibly high prices. When I have a house with a garden, I want to take him away from the park immediately. It makes me very sad for him to stay there. It is very difficult for me to leave him in the park and come home, especially after learning about the difficulties he has experienced.
