Unprepared

Good morning dear hivers, it's another edition of the hive learners prompt, this is week 67 edition 2, I wasn't able to write on the first edition because I fell sick , though I might still write on it on a later date.

On this prompt I had to quickly jump on it because I had an experience last year, it was kind of funny as I didn't expect it, so this is what happen ,

I had registered for a part-time programme at yaba college of technology also popularly known as Yabatech, it was around October I did the registration, I has paid the acceptance fee and school fee and was waiting for the guy who registered me to tell me to go ahead and attend class, so I was still at home, it was when I went to collect my documents that I met a girl at the man's office, he said I was supposed to have started class , even before I concluded the registration, I didn't know I was supposed to attend classes before the registration was completed, so the girl advised that started the following week, I collected her number and I later found out that her name is Sarah, and so I asked her for the direction to our class which she gave.

I went to school on that fateful Saturday morning, I found it difficult to locate our class and so I called Sarah and gave her my location which she came and met me at my location, and we went together to the class, I found a seat at the third role and settled down, I was a stranger in the midst all the plenty students, just then a girl sat beside me and asked, "please do you have the scheme of work for the courses?" I replied "No, I am just resuming class today and so I don't know anything." she also said she also just resumed class, and so we got talking and jokingly teasing each other.

After an hour, a man walked into the class, everyone hurried to their irrespective seat, and just as he started his lecture he announced that he was going to conduct a test which would carry forty marks, I and my new friend looked at each other in dismay as we didn't have any idea on what they have been taught, after he gave his lecture for another one hour , he wrote the test questions on the marker board and gave fifteen minutes for us to be done with it. I wasn't anywhere prepared for a test on the first day of my resumption, I didn't have any idea on what the test was about. I was so angry with myself for no reason.

I ended up just submitting my name and my matriculation number. I also rewrote the questions from the board and when our papers were being collected, I submitted it like that .

It was a bad day as I felt so bad about handing out a blank paper.
