James Clear's newsletter comes out on Thursdays but I had a very busy end of the week so I only got to read it now. It ended up being a good thing because I believe this quote is a great one to start the week as it's all about change.

Each and every one of us has the potential to be a force of change but that takes time and effort.

It all starts with having the curiosity to acquire the knowledge that is necessary first to understand our surroundings and identify opportunities for change and then to find ways to promote that change.

However, as important as knowledge is, real change starts with action. Just as a great plan means nothing if it's poorly executed, the best ideas accomplish nothing if nobody takes action to implement them and promote change.

It's not easy to get started as even small changes will still require a great amount of energy but once you take the first step and start gaining momentum, you become very hard to stop.

Use your curiosity to help you identify opportunities for change and take action to promote that change.
