New Proposal is out: Voting against Splinterlands Proposal Why ?

There are many proposals out and many in the queue to give suggestion to the game and the game continues to build on in the hive blockchain.

What will be the survival rate of the game. How many of the game are still survive and not beyond the fallen level.
All the effort is given to the game to survive for longer run for the tokenomics.

I'm opposed to this proposal due to the additional SPS staking requirements it introduces for Soulkeep. My perspective is that this game should act as an entry point to Splinterlands. For newcomers who purchase SPS solely to enjoy Soulkeep, it should be a straightforward decision for them to also explore Splinterlands. However, if they're compelled to acquire more SPS for Splinterlands, it diminishes the incentive to make that transition. It seems counterintuitive to create a barrier between these two games.

I'm concerned about the potential scenario where players start selling Splinterlands cards to fund their SPS purchases for Soulkeep.

Currently, much of the activity appears to involve shuffling assets around. Whether it's selling SPS for DEC or utilizing other in-game assets, this rule seems unlikely to attract new investments into the ecosystem.

Consequently, it functions more as an obstruction between the two interconnected games.

Honestly, I've given up. Terrible proposal after terrible proposal and they all pass. Sometimes it's just whales voting for their own benefit and against the interests of the community, other times it's just most people making terrible decisions. Separate SPS staking for both games basically kills Soulkeep before it even begins.
