Binance sues by US regulatory SEC

They are rumours whch are clear by the Binance CEO after allegedly troll on the twitter.
They got a 150 page report marking that they are running the exchange without following regulatory rules.
There are so many cryptos which should be abandoned and not to be traded in the future or shut down there trading or remove them from the exchange.
such as Cardano, Solana, Algorand etc.
Mean while the operation of Binance.US is almost close down and they are planning and battling with SEC.

Whats your opinion and they share price is down about 12% in the market falling from 305$ to 272 $ within 24 hours.
