Tabaung is the first month of Myanmar which is beginning of summer.
In the Tabaung month, the heat of the summer sun is more than in winter.
Due to the heat of the summer sun, the leaves tend to dry up and fall.
In Myanmar, there are unique large trees that bloom the whole tree in summer month.
Those big trees are called Red-Silk-Cotton trees.
Since Red-Silk-Cotton blossoms are edible, in rural areas, Red-Silk-Cotton blossoms are picked, dried and stored during this season.
Therefore, the writer "Bo Kalay Tint Aung" has composed a song about the rural residents picking up their Red-Silk-Cotton Flowers in the summer.
The name of the song is "We will arrive to pick up Red-Silk-Cotton Flowers".

The song was sung by old singers Khin Nyun Ri and Mar Mar Aye .
Nowadays, singer Chan Chan, Pan Su Pyae Kyaw and Soe Sandar Htun were re-sung this song.

လက်ပံပွင့် သည် ဟင်းချက်စား၍ ရသောကြောင့် ကျေးလက်ဒေသများ၌ ဤရာသီ၌ လက်ပံပွင့်များကို ကောက်ကာ အခြောက်လှန်းပြီး သိမ်းထားတတ်ကြပါသည်။
သို့ဖြစ်၍ နွေရာသီ ကျေးလက်ဒေသနေသူတို့၏ လက်ပံပွင့်ကောက်ကြသည့် အကြောင်းကို စာရေးဆရာ "ဘိုကလေး တင့်အောင်" က သီချင်းရေးဖွဲ့ထားပါသည်။
ထိုသီချင်း၏ အမည်မှာ "လက်ပံပွင့်ကောက် အရောက်လာမယ်" ဖြစ်သည်။

ထိုသီချင်းကို ရှေး အဆိုတော်ကြီးများဖြစ်ကြသော ခင်ညွန့်ရီ၊ မာမာအေး တို့က သီဆိုခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ယခုခေတ်မှာလည်း အဆိုတော် ချမ်းချမ်း၊ ပန်ဆုပြည့်ကျော် နှင့် စိုးစန္ဒာထွန်း တို့က ပြန်လည် သီဆိုထားကြပါသည်။
