December's HBD Savings Report

The start of the new month means that it's time to claim another round of HBD interest, which is always a good moment to look forward to. Let's see where I'm at and how much growth I managed to achieve in the past month.

A month ago, in November, I claimed 5.385 HBD and the new total was 511.856 HBD. I was quite happy with this because I didn't post much but managed to swap some of my HE tokens into HBD savings meaning the total amount grew quite nicely.

This month however, I still didn't post much and was only to earn 42.626 HBD from post rewards:

I ended the month with a total of 554.482 HBD in my savings wallet and I had a nice 8.816 HBD to claim! I think this is growing steadily but nicely into some decent savings.

When I claimed the HBD interest, I noticed another 0.001 HBD was added, this is how easy you can earn free HBD ;)

Intentions for December

Although it was not really my choice to have such hectic months in October and November, I always aimed on keeping up with a posting schedule, even if just a few times a week. The reality was that I was too exhausted most of the times to think about what to share, even though I had plenty to share, that I just let it be instead.

Now that the house issue is finally settling and things look calmer, while we also try to decorate the house a bit for Christmas already, I want to make sure to show up on Hive again on a daily basis. Where I used to open Hive first thing in the morning, my routine has changed to getting things done at home first, which is great for the house and my daily steps but I want to get the daily Hive action back into my system again as well. Let's see how I make it work.

I started December with the intention of a daily post, today is December 2 and my second piece of content, so far so good!

InLeo Premium

My plan is to try out the new @leofinance premium subscription for 10 HBD so I will take out my first 10 HBD today and in 3 days subscribe to Leo premium to see how this goes. I've been wanting to try it for a few weeks now but the timing was not right with little activity on my end. I've been reading good things about the new Leo so I'm going to try it out and get more familiar with their frontend while doing so.

I'm hoping it will add some more HBD into my savings account as well in the coming month to start the new year with a nice balance in the savings account.

That's very cool! What does the premium service allow you to do? I've been meaning to dive into the new InLeo but just haven't had a chance yet.

But I also read the chance of getting voted by the leo account is bigger if you have premium. I tried Twitter premium for a month and I really enjoyed the extra longer posts so I'm going to try it and see if it's for me.

Yeah I will hopefully know a bit more in a week or two.. a few more days wait until the HBD is unlocked from savings and then I will subscribe. I have managed to write a post ahead each day now so I hope I can keep up to have a daily blog this month.

Have a HUGE headache today so will focus on some cleaning now instead of screentime, lol.

Yeah did that and then I realized I didn't have my coffee this morning, which is odd for me .. a coffee and no sun plus drinking some extra water did the trick. I'm a bit sad we had to leave earlier than planned though.

I took a sleeping pill that didn't make me sleep, but it gave me some nice hallucinations though! I'll pass on that med next time around!

Haha, I understand what you mean, that's not a great feeling. I would pass these on myself too. Hopefully, you're now so tired that you will sleep like a baby tonight!

Congrats on growing the HBD!

I tried the Inleo check, but in my opinion it wasn't worth it. I barely got any votes, so it didn't pay for itself despite all the noise over there that all the Leo whales would vote on all people with a check and it would pay for itself within a day, and it barely worked half the time. Maybe I'll try again in a few months, but for now I would say it's not worth it.

That said, I hope you have better luck than I did!

Oh that's sad to read that you didn't think it was worth it. I will give it a go anyway because I'm curious and it will also make me get to know the InLeo frontend a bit better, I barely took time to check it..
