you need to be in the following interface

For each of these artists, you can click on view listing
Click the free NFT button

You can play the song and if you like it you can claim the song NFT.
I claimed the NFT by pressing on the button and got the following screen.

Using the view listing option we can view /hear the NFT and using the free NFT option we can claim a free NFT
Using the order history section you can view the NFT's that are present in your account.

What does one make of this NFT drop?

The journey of an artist is a tough one. The mastercard accelerator program sure has done great service by way of giving these artists a new global platform and the mentorship to perfect their skills.
