Another year of thanking life

Rethinking a lifestyle is not easy, so friends I tell you that since seven years ago there have been many changes in my life and I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I can tell you that from that moment I am no longer the same, since I had to completely change my lifestyle, my diet and my way of seeing life, thank God I was victorious over this dreaded disease.

Since then every year I have had to attend a medical control, last year it was every six months, now it is once a year, so on November 28 I had my appointment, but before going I had to go through a series of tests that they ask me every year, every time I practice them I feel a little fear and with many mixed feelings, because there is always the fear that the disease may return, I know that I must get rid of these ideas that invade my heart.

Now I tell you that thanks to God as every year my exams have gone very well, the doctor congratulated me and recommended me to continue with my same diet based on vegetables and fruits and to continue with my exercise routine. That is why I feel grateful to God, to my family for supporting me and to #hive and its curators @theycallmedan, @appreciator, @curangel, @aliento, @ocdb, @blocktrades among others, because with their cures they contribute their grain of sand to be able to afford all the exams and consultation and with life for giving me this opportunity to move forward and be with my family.

Replantearse un estilo de vida no es fácil, por eso amigos les cuento que desde hace siete años ha habido muchos cambios en mi vida y es que me diagnosticaron cáncer de mama, les puedo decir que desde ese momento ya no soy la misma, ya que tuve que cambiar por completo mi estilo de vida, mi alimentación y mi forma de ver la vida, gracias a Dios salí victoriosa de esta temida enfermedad

Desde entonces todos los años he tenido que asistir a un control médico, el año pasado era cada seis meses, ahora es una vez al año, así que el 28 de noviembre tuve mi cita, pero  antes de ir tuve que pasar por una serie de exámenes que me piden todos los años, cada vez que me los práctico siento un poco temor y con muchos sentimientos encontrados,porque siempre está el temor de que la enfermedad pueda regresar, se que me debo de quitar estás ideas que invaden mi corazón.

Ahora les digo que gracias a Dios como cada año mis exámenes han salido muy bien, la doctora me felicitó y me recomendó que siguiera con mi misma alimentacion basada en vegetales y frutas y que siguiera con mi rutina de ejercicios. Por eso me siento agradecida con Dios, con mi familia por apoyarme y a #hive y  sus curadores @theycallmedan, @appreciator, @curangel, @aliento, @ocdb , @blocktrades entre otros, porque con sus curaciones aporta su grano de arena para poder costear todos los exámenes y consulta y con la vida por darme esta  oportunidad de seguir adelante y estar junto a mi familia.
