The building with the siren watch #monomad

Greetings, lovely members of the community.

I hope you all are well and enjoying quality time with your loved ones.

The building in the pictures is the central telegraph office. It's one of the first building that anyone notices when they are about to enter the mall road of shimla.

नमस्कार, समुदाय के प्यारे सदस्यों। मुझे आशा है कि आप सभी अच्छे होंगे और अपने प्रियजनों के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण समय का आनंद ले रहे होंगे।

तस्वीरों में दिख रही इमारत केंद्रीय टेलीग्राफ कार्यालय है। यह पहली इमारतों में से एक है जिस पर किसी का ध्यान तब जाता है जब वह शिमला के मॉल रोड में प्रवेश करने वाला होता है।

It's a historic building. It also has a siren. As a kid i used to cross this building for my school and i would always see the time in the watch. Some kids also adjusted their watch with the buildings watch. The siren used to buzz at 10:00 A.M. in the morning and at 5:00 P.M. in the evening.

यह एक ऐतिहासिक इमारत है. इसमें एक सायरन भी है. एक बच्चे के रूप में मैं अपने स्कूल के लिए इस इमारत को पार करता था और मैं हमेशा घड़ी में समय देखता था। कुछ बच्चों ने अपनी घड़ी को इमारत की घड़ी के साथ समायोजित भी किया। सुबह 10 बजे सायरन बजता था। सुबह और शाम 5:00 बजे शाम के समय।

I had some work at the building below it, after finishing it i came and sat infront of the CTO building and took these pictures.

इसके नीचे वाली बिल्डिंग में मुझे कुछ काम था, जिसे खत्म करने के बाद मैं सीटीओ बिल्डिंग के सामने आकर बैठ गयी और ये तस्वीरें लीं।

The lower part of the building has stones and the upper part has bricks. The building now houses a telephone company exchange .

इमारत के निचले हिस्से में पत्थर और ऊपरी हिस्से में ईंटें लगी हैं। इस इमारत में अब एक टेलीफोन कंपनी एक्सचेंज है।

The clock weighs about 90 kilograms and faces both the sides. It has become a famous landmark. Sitting here for only a few minutes brought back so many memories.

घड़ी का वजन लगभग 90 किलोग्राम है और यह दोनों तरफ मुड़ी हुई है। यह एक प्रसिद्ध मील का पत्थर बन गया है. यहां केवल कुछ मिनट बैठने से बहुत सारी यादें ताजा हो गईं।

Next to me were sitting a group of old people, laughing and talking. They were probably old friends.

मेरे बगल में बूढ़ों का एक समूह बैठा था, हँस रहे थे और बातें कर रहे थे। वे शायद पुराने दोस्त थे।
