Troubleshooting and Repairing an Electrical Cooker: A Success Story

So today, I decided to try my electrical skills again after a while which I have done it. What I worked on today is an electrical cooker which is a double phase. Actually, this cooker isn't for me but a friend. She has told me about this electrical cook several times ago, and she complained about it not working fine and also because the cooker gets some electrocuted when ever it's been in use.

After a long while of pending her, I decided to check it today, and probably I will be able to share it for everyone to see. I went to her apartment this afternoon and told her to bring out the electrical cooker so that I can check it out and possible find out what might be wrong with it.

I took my electrical tools with me and opened it. Also, the line while I was loosing it, I noticed that was a connection issue in it and some of the wires are not in good form and this is making it touch the plate of the electrical cooker, and It's leading to shock.

After opening it, I saw that some of the wires are not done properly and this is affecting the work function of the cooker. I cut off the affected areas and then replaced it with the same wire connection because the wire was already going out of hand. So prevention is better than cure. After joining, I used the black tape to hold it firmly to avoid loose.

Finally

After replacing the wires that have been affected, I then connected it back to the normal state and then, I used a black tape to hold it together. Now the electric cooker is finally working and is in good condition, just as you can see. After I finished working on it. Now I can boast that I still have my skill still intact. On the final note, I got a new 15 amp plug to it because it was having none. This will make it last longer than expect. If possible, it won't go rust again.
