Hi guys, so today I did a DIY chicken grill for the first time. Actually, I have been hearing about it for some time now, and I have been anticipating when I will be able to do it, taste what it is, and see it for myself. Today, I was so fortunate that I would be the one doing it myself. In the farm practice year that I am doing, Wednesdays are set aside for enterprise, where we will do the practical aspects of anything we do. That is why this happened. So I will be sharing a video of the process that I and my team took to prepare this because I was the one representing the team of just 3 people, and I was the leader, so basically I was doing most of the job processing.

We headed to the poultry farm to get a live chicken, and I killed it myself, and we started removing the skin gradually until we were able to get the result we wanted. I removed the intestine and everything that needed to be removed, and I separated them. After that, I added oil to the body and seasoning to it, and then I took it to the oven for steaming. The streaming process was where it took most of my time because it took about 3 hours for it to steam up, and this was because it was the local process we used, and we used charcoal to lighten the oven.

After we were done with all the processes and the steaming up was done, I led the team to check, and we were able to get the result we wanted from the chicken grill process. The video above contains the gradual process from the start to the end. Watch, enjoy, and learn a new way of doing grilled chicken locally.
