Ingredients:

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Pepper

  • Onion
  • Groundnut oil
  • Pepper and tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and place them in a bowl of water to prevent them from staining or discoloring.
  2. In a pot, add a little water and the peeled potatoes. Place the pot on the stove top and bring it to a boil.
