There is time for everything, is the adage that's common, which people say. This is what made me feel like I followed the right timing before doing what I did. Actually, it was never my fault about what I did, but the fault of the director of the farm that I am using to farm. What happened? Initially, we are in the farm practice year, and it is mandatory for every student farmer to cultivate some plot of land for plantation, which, after it has fully grown, we can then sell and make money from it. This is what I started some weeks ago, and I will be doing this for about a year so that I will be able to learn.

Last week, we were instructed to create beds for plantations, and seeds were shared with all of us. The seeds shared are vegetable seeds and jute leaf seeds. These seeds are to be planted on these beds. But before now, we were supposed to have done it about two weeks ago, and then we would have been able to get the results we wanted, but it was delayed until last week.

Last week, when the seed was given to us, we all planted, and we were expecting results, especially for me, because my plot of land is more like a swampy area, but the dry season made it dry to some extent, so I never had the intention of coming to water whatever I planted because I knew it would gain access to water. But the most annoying part was that after I planted last week, rain fell a day after the plantation, and it all covered the plant seed and even the beds I made.

As an entrepreneur, which I am growing to be, was first annoyed that all my efforts have gone and that the timing that I have made and calculated for the plant growth and when I will be able to make money with it is now void. As you all know, as an entrepreneur, timing is very important, and it's one of the qualities that will enhance productivity in whatever we do. Also, aside from the fact that my time and efforts were wasted, I will also lose the money used to get the seed.

But as an entrepreneur, there's some risk we sometimes take before we get our desired results, but this does not mean we won't try again if we get disappointed. As an entrepreneur, when a matter like this arises, the best solution one could use to tackle this is to get a better lasting solution and also think for a way out, because this is very certain in any business we venture into that crisis will surely come.

Now, as it stands we have to think of a possible way out so that we would be able to make so me money when others are also making their harvest. By then, excuses will be valueless and we would say, we should have tried better. Never get disappointed whenever issues happen and always get the motivation to keep going always..

Hay tiempo para todo, es el adagio que suele decir la gente. Esto es lo que me hizo sentir que seguí el momento adecuado antes de hacer lo que hice. En realidad, nunca fue culpa mía lo que hice, sino del director de la granja que estoy utilizando para cultivar. ¿Qué ocurrió? Al principio, estamos en el año de prácticas de la granja, y es obligatorio para cada estudiante agricultor cultivar alguna parcela de tierra para la plantación, que, después de que haya crecido completamente, podremos vender y ganar dinero con ella. Esto es lo que empecé hace unas semanas, y lo haré durante un año para poder aprender.

La semana pasada, nos instruyeron para crear camas para plantaciones, y se compartieron semillas con todos nosotros. Las semillas compartidas son semillas de hortalizas y semillas de hojas de yute. Estas semillas deben ser plantadas en estas camas. Pero antes, se suponía que debíamos haberlo hecho hace unas dos semanas, y entonces habríamos podido obtener los resultados que queríamos, pero se retrasó hasta la semana pasada.

La semana pasada, cuando nos dieron las semillas, todos plantamos, y esperábamos resultados, sobre todo yo, porque mi parcela es más bien una zona pantanosa, pero la estación seca hizo que se secara hasta cierto punto, así que nunca tuve intención de venir a regar lo que plantara porque sabía que tendría acceso al agua. Pero lo más molesto fue que después de plantar la semana pasada, llovió un día después de la plantación, y todo cubrió la semilla de la planta e incluso las camas que hice.

Como emprendedor, que cada vez soy más, lo primero que me fastidió fue que todos mis esfuerzos se han ido al traste y que el timing que he hecho y calculado para el crecimiento de la planta y cuando podré ganar dinero con ella ahora es nulo. Como todos sabéis, como empresario, el timing es muy importante, y es una de las cualidades que mejorarán la productividad en cualquier cosa que hagamos. Además, aparte del hecho de que mi tiempo y mis esfuerzos se han malgastado, también perderé el dinero utilizado para conseguir la semilla.

Como empresario, a veces corremos algún riesgo antes de obtener los resultados deseados, pero eso no significa que no volvamos a intentarlo si nos decepcionamos. Como empresario, cuando surge un problema de este tipo, la mejor solución que se puede utilizar para afrontarlo es encontrar una solución más duradera y pensar en una salida, porque en cualquier negocio en el que nos embarquemos es seguro que llegarán las crisis.

Ahora, tal y como están las cosas, tenemos que pensar en una posible salida para poder ganar tanto dinero cuando otros también están haciendo su cosecha. Para entonces, las excusas carecerán de valor y diremos que deberíamos haberlo intentado mejor. No se desilusione nunca cuando surjan problemas y consiga siempre la motivación necesaria para seguir adelante.
