In this life, there are ways in which you can be an entrepreneur, and it doesn't matter what kind of business you are into; what matters is that you are able to make profit and being able to drive clients or customers to your business. The world is really evolving, and it is good and best to practice when you have a skill at hand, and this skill I'm talking about is an entrepreneur skill, which will make you stand out and be able to live by yourself even when you do not get a job from the government.

I am in the process of becoming an entrepreneur, which is the cause of my studies in school. We are somehow trained in a way that we can be able to stand alone as entrepreneurs, and we are trained on some skills that we can both use, one of which is setting up a poultry farm, and this is part of my journey to being an entrepreneur. I visited the poultry farm some days ago, which happens to be the poultry farm in my school and also my department.

This poultry farm has different segments stuck with a serious number of birds of different breeds, with each pen containing about 2,000 birds of different breeds, both local and exotic breeds. What we thought about was how to reduce your costs and maximize your income as an entrepreneur. We were taught on how to do an artificial insemination by ourselves instead of giving it out to a consultant to do for us because of the price they charge to do this.

The practical took us about 2 hours because it was done in segments, and we were taught to understand all that was happening on the farm. From the beginning, when you got to the farm, I was wondering why I needed this and why I needed to learn it, but later on I discovered that learning this from external personnel would cost me much money, so I talked more about bringing them to do the artificial insemination for my birds.

After we were done with this part, we were taught how to market our eggs to the seller and how we would be able to make a lot of profit and minimize the amount you spend feeding our poultry birds. As an entrepreneur, these are things that I believe we should really consider because whenever we are into any business, whether on a small or large scale, we should be able to ensure that we devise a way to minimize cost so that we can maximize our income.

Also, we know that in the production of eggs for poultry birds, there are fertile and infertile eggs, and the differences were stated to us, and we were able to understand the uses of the fertile eggs and the infertile eggs and the health benefits they have for our health. Besides, most of these fertile eggs are sent to the hatchery, and this is a business that one can start on his own, even though it's not a low-cost business, but it's profitable.

As a young, growing entrepreneur, which I am, I have been able to learn something new this week, and as I plan to go into agricultural business probably after my schooling, I have been able to learn and am still learning my way to being a great entrepreneur, which will not depend on everyone to get a business done at a low cost and maximize my profit in return.

Esta granja avícola tiene diferentes segmentos pegados con un serio número de aves de diferentes razas, con cada corral conteniendo unas 2.000 aves de diferentes razas, tanto locales como exóticas. Lo que nos planteamos fue cómo reducir los costes y maximizar los ingresos como empresarios. Nos enseñaron cómo hacer una inseminación artificial por nosotros mismos en lugar de dársela a un consultor para que la haga por nosotros debido al precio que cobran por hacer esto.

La práctica nos llevó unas 2 horas porque se hizo por segmentos, y nos enseñaron a entender todo lo que pasaba en la granja. Desde el principio, al llegar a la granja, me preguntaba por qué necesitaba esto y por qué tenía que aprenderlo, pero más tarde descubrí que aprender esto con personal externo me costaría mucho dinero, así que hablé más de traerlos para que hicieran la inseminación artificial para mis aves.

Cuando terminamos con esta parte, nos enseñaron cómo comercializar nuestros huevos al vendedor y cómo podríamos obtener muchos beneficios y reducir al mínimo la cantidad que gastamos en alimentar a nuestras aves de corral. Como empresarios, creo que deberíamos tener en cuenta estas cosas, porque siempre que nos dediquemos a cualquier negocio, ya sea a pequeña o gran escala, deberíamos ser capaces de idear una forma de minimizar los costes para poder maximizar nuestros ingresos.

Además, sabemos que en la producción de huevos para aves de corral, hay huevos fértiles e infértiles, y se nos explicaron las diferencias, y pudimos entender los usos de los huevos fértiles y los huevos infértiles y los beneficios que tienen para nuestra salud. Además, la mayoría de estos huevos fértiles se envían a la incubadora, y este es un negocio que uno puede empezar por su cuenta, aunque no es un negocio de bajo coste, pero es rentable.
