One of the key characteristics of an entrepreneur is to always believe it and be trustworthy to their workers or clients. A thought about this post came to my mind today while I was walking on the way, and I remembered some past events of things that happened when I was still working with a company, which is a production company. This made me think about how these people have not portrayed themselves as having the characteristics of good entrepreneurs. Sit back while I take you through the journey of this post.

I was working with a company, just as I said, and this company tends to produce a lot of things, and they accommodated about more than 5,000 workers from different sections, and they paid them for the work they did. Sometimes this work can be so tedious, and it does not qualify for the kind of money they are paid, but most of the people working with them have no other choice because they have no way else to know, and they are still able to make some money from these people.

When I started working for this company, I didn't really have much issue with them because I got my payments so fast, and sometimes the payment came even earlier than the original date, but after some time, they started making their payments delay and not giving the workers a valid reason for this to happen. Most of us are complaining a lot because there is no other way we can get money to sustain ourselves and our families. We ran to human resources management, but there was nothing to be done.

Salary kept rolling up against each other, and there were spending payments of about 2 to three salaries of workers that were not paid, and there was no reason for this after sometimes we got to know that the company was using this money to make some kind of investment with another investment company for them to get more rewards before paying the workers, which the payment they were expecting got delayed and the deal they went into did not work out, making the workers suffer this.

As an entrepreneur, the first goal that must be a priority to us is ensuring that those who are a worker for you or a client for you are satisfied with whatever thing you do for them and not about what you stand to gain from whatever you do alone. These people are a strong bone to support your business, and whatever you do to them today will surely reflect on your business tomorrow.

Actually, for a company, it will be quite hard for it to fold up immediately because they have a lot of workers, and trust me, not everyone will like what will happen, so some will find it still appealing to some extent because they have no choice. This set of people who are not happy find a way to do bad things against the company, which may later bring down the company or tarnish its image.

In conclusion, these habits have haunted them one way or another because some of the workers who have a connection to a stronger body give a message to this body, which then later makes them investigate what was going on, and when they find out about what happened, they are petitioned and penalized for it. This also made them go bankrupt for some time, and they had to sell some parts of their companies to order companies who came to merge with them. I am happy I finally left the company in peace without having to stress myself anymore about salary payments.

Como empresario, el primer objetivo que debe ser prioritario para nosotros es asegurarnos de que aquellos que son tus trabajadores o tus clientes están satisfechos con lo que haces por ellos y no con lo que tú ganas con lo que haces. Estas personas son un hueso fuerte para sostener tu negocio, y lo que les hagas hoy seguramente se reflejará en tu negocio mañana.

En realidad, para una empresa será bastante difícil cerrar inmediatamente porque tiene muchos trabajadores, y créeme, no a todo el mundo le gustará lo que va a pasar, así que a algunos les seguirá pareciendo atractivo hasta cierto punto porque no tienen otra opción. En conclusión, estos hábitos les han perseguido de una forma u otra porque algunos de los trabajadores que tienen una conexión con un organismo más fuerte dan un mensaje a este organismo, que más tarde les hace investigar lo que estaba pasando, y cuando se enteran de lo sucedido, son demandados y penalizados por ello. Esto también les hizo ir a la quiebra durante algún tiempo, y tuvieron que vender algunas partes de sus empresas a empresas de pedidos que vinieron a fusionarse con ellos. Me alegro de haber dejado por fin la empresa en paz, sin tener que estresarme más por el pago de los sueldos.
