A Look at How The Rising Cost of Petroleum Prices Are Affecting Us All..

When I thought things had been going back to normal, instead things kept getting worse, and then it's now becoming unbearable for us all. What led me to write about this post? I have been in school since the morning, and I intended to go out to run some business deals, and I was hoping that if it came to worse, I would find my way to where I was going. I never planned that the transportation fee would have gone so high because I didn't see it coming.

Furthermore, I left home with the expectation that the money I had with me would take me to any destination I was going to. On getting there, I started to board buses, and upon entering the bus, I was told the price to be paid for the transportation. I was very surprised, and I began to think within myself I would be able to get to my destination. While I was thinking about that, I remembered that even if I found my way to the place I was going, I would not be able to find my way back home due to the high cost of transportation.

I went, and then when I was coming back, it was a big hell because I was unable to cope with the price I was to pay. I then started to beg the drivers to help me reduce the price of transportation because the amount I have with me has now become small because I have it all budgeted already.

Sometimes people say the price of things going so high is due to the inflation that has made the country's economy worse. But then, the price to be paid for transportation was increased because of the high rate of petroleum, and this eventually affected the price of movement from every angle, no matter the distance.

At some point, I was actually thinking I could just get something that could teleport me to wherever I wanted to go because the issue of transportation recently has been on the high side, and it is really not making people want to travel. This has stopped a lot of people from traveling, and this is also causing a barrier in the economic sector.

The price of petroleum has risen from the normal rate of 450 naira to 700 naira if not more. The idea behind the increase in the price of petroleum also did not make it easy for motorists and the passengers they carry to move from one place to another. This has also hindered me from traveling as much as I would love to. The business of an individual is strictly transportation, which also means a way to move goods and commodities around.

When this has now been disturbing the business, it will not make sales come in, and making a profit for an individual will be so hard. Vehicle movement is one of the most paramount things a business needs, but this can only be managed if the price of petroleum can be reduced to a minimum that will allow most people to afford it.
