RE: The Death of Our Present Economic Models

I'm slowly becoming an old man. Being a child of the 70s/80s I'm still waiting for my robot and flying car 🤣 However, it looks like the robots are finally on their way. I suspect flying cars soon enough too.

AI is about to change everything IMHO. I don't think many of us really understand the implications of it. Combined with robotics, so long workforce.

Your numbers speak for themselves, the cost of labor will be greatly reduced, every business will want them with the exceptions of a few specialized tasks that need human interaction or even "the human touch".

Web3 is already experimenting with different governance systems. This will likely spread as networks become more abundant.

This can't happen soon enough in my opinion. If people took an interest in their governments, we might actually be able to do away with congress and even the senate through blockchain based voting. It would be tough at first, but once a few bad laws got passed I think people would start taking an interest real quick. I'm guessing it would be an improvement because it has been a long time since our representatives actually listened to their constituents.

Great take on all this. The future is going to be wild. This is such a wild time to be alive and see this all unfold! I honestly wish I could extend my life another 50 to 100 years to see what actually comes of all this. Who knows, maybe I'll see in my lifetime. Things are moving quickly now!

We got the video phones, but no flying cars.
I'm disappointed by that.
I blame the control freaks.

I suspect there is a lot of technology being suppressed by the control freaks behind closed doors 🤣
