LOH #139: Percentage Of Priority in My Life

Surviving and living to the fullest extent possible are the only life goals in this world. If we want to live the way we want to, there are many things we need to prioritize. We only have one life to live, so how can things happen constantly?

To live my life in this world, I believe I should give the following top priority:

Being systematic and consistent

I want to give 100% priority, but I only have 10% of my daily life.

My top priorities are these, but regrettably, I can't take care of everything at once. I work as a teacher in a remote school, so due to the distance and, of course, the workload we have, I must get up early and return home late.

Additionally, the stress of teaching for roughly 8 hours a day, followed by 3 hours of tutoring before I go home, leaves me feeling weary; this is the cause of the constant lack of productivity. And because I'm so exhausted, I sometimes lack consistency, especially concerning my side businesses. And because I'm constantly rushing, there are things I leave undone, so my schedules are disordered, and the items on my table are unorganized.

Analysis:

I know that my ability to manage my time and be productive daily would only improve if I am always structured and reliable. Being disorganized causes me to have more incomplete tasks and projects. I need help thinking clearly, so I am still determining the essential things I should focus on first. I must never forget the dates and times I must complete tasks before they are due because I am disorganized, making me stressed and unmotivated.

Additionally, I need more organization to remain consistent with what I must complete. For instance, I spent less time each day on my side hustles, such as blogging and participating. Despite the difficulty in handling these situations, I must take action and create opportunities to do things right.

Body Workouts and losing weight. 

Although I only have 5% of my day to myself each day, I want to devote this 80% of my priority.

My body weight is one issue that genuinely stresses me out and makes me feel less confident and self-assured; it has an emotional impact on me and strains my health.

I cannot participate in various activities because of my weight, which can occasionally demotivate me because I cannot fulfill my needs and wants. In addition, I cannot wear the outfits I like, which significantly negatively impacts my confidence and self-esteem. But I need to work on engaging in exercises due to my time working as a teacher, tutor, and self-proclaimed writer.

Analysis

I must give this my full attention. However, despite my best efforts, I needed more time due to my obligations as a teacher, tutor, and blogger. When I did this, it positively impacted my life. This will significantly impact my view on life, which will undoubtedly restore my confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, this will assist me in overcoming my mental fatigue and emotional collapse. My health will also benefit me, and I'll appreciate the things I need to do more, like schoolwork and other hobbies.

Sleep

I want to give 100% of my priority, but I only have 5% of my daily life.

These tasks take up all of my time every day because I have to do them as a teacher, tutor, and writer daily. I can't sleep for a day and only have a few hours. I am aware that this is harmful to me, especially my health, but it also impacts my daily consistency. Therefore, there are times when I need help to complete every task assigned to me each day effectively.

Analysis

A restful night's sleep improves everything. I know the actions I must take to ensure a restful night's sleep each day. I also know that getting enough sleep enhances your health, emotions, and cognitive function. Lack of regular, good-quality sleep increases the chance of developing various illnesses and disorders. These include dementia and obesity, as well as heart disease and stroke.

I should prioritize getting enough sleep daily now that I'm planning my life. This should benefit my physical health, mental health, emotional health, and, of course, my ability to be more active and productive each day.


I require these things to find balance in my life. I should focus on things to increase my confidence and make me feel like I can accomplish more in life. I'm now working on it and wishing for success every day.

Minsan nakakalito din Ang life, we want to sleep but sometimes we need to work more time. Sometimes gusto ko na matulog pero ilang days na Ako absent sa blogging kaya if kaya pa sulat Muna hehehe.

Being a teacher is a very nice activity, but working so many hours a day is taking a lot of time away from your other priorities. I hope you can find the balance so that you feel much better with your body and with everything you want to achieve

If you start working out, sleeping is sooooo important!

The secret, for being successful at losing weight and working out, is to do it little by little, one day at a time. As you said, you got really busy days, with 8 hours of classes, so I would wake up even just 20 minutes earlier, and add a routine during my week.

You don't have to do the same exercise every day, one day could be full anaerobic, another day cardio, and another day a leg day. Sorry I am talking too much haha!
