Full-Bloom Friendships Made Possible by Weekends

One of life's greatest pleasures is spending time with your closest friends, and a successful weekend spent together is the only way to achieve it.

Weekends with friends can be full of fun, adventure, and lifelong memories, whether you go on a road trip, do a vacation, or hang out at home.

Last Saturday, I had the great pleasure of spending a weekend with my best friends on one of our province's well-known coastlines, specifically in Brgy. San Miguel, San Antonio, Zambales, Philippines.

How do we define a weekend?

It's a time to get close, catch up, and create new memories.

Life becomes hectic when you most need it, and interacting with your loved ones seems unattainable. Therefore, create the time and do it! There's nothing like hanging out with friends to ease the stresses of daily life, whether they are old pals from childhood, relatives, friends who have become family, or new acquaintances.

Whatever your objectives, you must carry them out with those that bring you the most joy.

One of my best friends called early Saturday morning to invite me and our other pals. She mentioned many locations where we could meet and go there swiftly.

We quickly decided to travel to the closest town to the seaside. The place surprised us with many things we could do to have fun together.

We arrive at one of the area's well-known eateries after a brief stroll along a beachfront road. Many individuals are here and having fun with their families and loved ones because it is the weekend.

What distinguishes the location? The place is perfect where you can enjoy it with your family and friends while sitting on the sand at a table with a large pillow provided.

You can buy some foods outside the area, but to find a place to eat, you still have to order some foods they offer here. So without a hassle, we just decided to buy some food here.

Our dishes include chicken fillet, fries with a unique sauce, and cameras, a Filipino take on the Mediterranean delicacy of breaded and fried squid called calamari.

We are pleased with the food we get because it is so delicious and satisfies our mouths, but what makes the cuisine perfect?

It includes 24 distinct cocktail shots! Look at these gorgeous colors; they are so pleasant and attractive to the eye. And the taste? It's a 10 out of 10!

While enjoying our beverage, a fire show unexpectedly surprises us. As they watch the performers tremendously playing with fires, everyone cheers and blasts delightfully. There is a certain sense of joy among the crowd.

We have a friendly discussion with one another following the performance. We discussed many difficulties in our personal life and messy work days.

We communicate in a way that helps us bond and become more at ease. It's a good thing that someone is willing to listen to all of your life's complaints that you ordinarily keep to yourself, that there is someone who constantly reassures us that we are not alone, that there will be someone who believes in you, stick with you and that you can always call a friend.

A weekend like this is the only reason why our friendship blooms fully. Even though the weekdays are busy for us, the weekends enable us to bring us together and strengthen our friendship more than before.
