Goal For 2024: $1 LEO

The goal for 2024 should be rather clear:

We want to see $LEO to $1 by the end of the year (at the latest).

This might seem like a tall task but it is what Web3 is ALL about. We are in dire need of a success story and LEO is ideally positioned to achieve this.

While the platform is taking shape, in spite of some of the issues and setbacks, the really question is the community capable of stepping up.

We know 2023 was a tough year in many regards. The UI was a nightmare at times. Nevertheless, the developers kept at it, pushing through. To their credit, many users also stayed the course, weathering the storm.

LeoNode going live is suppose to change everything. We were told this would resolve most of the issues. So far, even though it is only a couple weeks in, it appears to be stable. This means it is time to switch focus.

No More Excuses

We need to start with this simple concept. People, for whatever reason, seem to excel at whining and complaining. This is most likely enhanced by social media. Everyone has a voice which is often used to show how ignorant people can be.

That said, do you know who tends not to complain? The successful. Why is that? Many would say because they have it all. Bullcrap. Anyone who achieved any success knows it is usually a struggle.

The reason why the successful do not bitch and moan is because they are too business. Instead of complaining, either fix the damn problem or figure out how to work around it. In spite of the node issues, I posted over 2200 blogs posts in just over 3 months.

No excuses.

Consistency

The path to all success lies in consistency.

This is true no matter what the endeavor. Showing up and putting forth effort daily is what is required. This is where most fail.

Look at anyone who has a great physique. Does that person show up at the gym once in a while? Does he or she eat a healthy meal occasionally? The answer is no. These people do it daily.

Leo is no different. How can someone claim to be a content creator then go days (or weeks) without creating content? The answer lies in the fact the person is not serious. This is where most completely obliterate their chances.

Ownership Mindset

This is key.

Web 2.0 has users. A users is an individual who has access to a platform and is there for the financial benefit of the owners of the platform. They are slaves that are meant to be leverage for financial gain.

Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Google are well aware of this. They provide all these wonderful features to keep you locked in. When that happens, they are making money.

Being a user is slavery. You toil away, providing them with data that is leverage for even greater gain and you get crap. These creeps do not even offer a thank you.

Does this sound like a fun existence? It must be since that is how many approach Web3. They show up once in a while, posting some stuff, and then moving on. Of course, they might complain about a few things along the way.

They are not adding much value. To make matters worse, they cannot even comprehend what being a business owner entails. The mindset is so far removed from their reality.

Unfortunately, most of society is like this and will not change. They are going to be slaves until the end. Someone will always be profiting off them. Any opportunity to change is going to be squandered.

That means, on Leo, we are looking for the best of the best. Those who have the tenacity to dedicate themselves to building something powerful will understand these words. Sadly, most will read them, believe they are in this category, and then do nothing.

F*cking Build Something

It seems like most do not understand the tools they are given.

Leo is providing everyone with a front end from which they can build a business and monetize it. Hell, simply by having an account one is a business. The ability to generate a profit through one's actions exists.

In return, there is no invoice for server time. On Hive, there is zero charge for storage space. We do not have to pay for upkeep of the nodes. We simply are able to write to the database, requiring the permission of nobody.

Yet people do not take advantage. They come here and post pics of their food. While that can be a nice break on things, what the heck is one building with that? Unless unless the person creating a database of recipes, how is that going to derive any value?

This is what I mean about the difference between a user and an owner. When one builds, it means picking up where you left off from the day before. In the digital realm, the idea is to not start over each day.

Programmers understand this. Do you think they start a new code base each day? There is a reason why they hit the save button. Each morning (or evening), they start where they left off.

How many are doing that on Leo? Is anything being posted building towards something in any way? Did one give any thought to what type of library he or she is building?

My guess is most did not. The idea of building requires dedication, effort, commitment, and consistency. It also means being responsible for the outcomes.

Success (Or Failure) Is On You

Most abhor responsibility. This is how it goes. It is also why the few can stand out.

What are you afraid of? Failure. The reality on Web3 is you cannot hide. If Leo fails, it is upon you. Being too scared (or lazy) to do something means you failed. There is no shunning the responsibility.

If you want the rewards, you are going to take the burden of performance. We know most people are slugs. They are going to punt this opportunity, one that could change their financial lives.

The price of $LEO obviously has market dynamics. However, with the way the system is set up, we bear the burden of making it work. If you want this to be worth $1, then you best do something to help get it there.

And no buying the token is not going to cut it.

Leo is not going to be a $17 million platform simply by people posting Threads and buying a few tokens here and there. It is going to require people taking advantage of an opportunity to build something using the tools that are at their disposal.

Fortunately, there are few services offered on Leo (or Hive for that matter). The opportunities are endless.

It is up to you. The goal for 2024 is $1 LEO.

That means people need to step up their game and stop being pin cushions.

Absolutely this is a delusion.

The way that Leo treats new premium members drives off more than it retains. Me and four friends decided to try it out and all four of us are not going to renew Leo premium.

The worst glitchy fronted along with a crew of people that gas light new users into thinking the front end works just fine.

And then of course I decided to start trading and make Leo there instead of posting on the crappy front end...

Me and my friends ended up pushing the liquidity from $250 a day to 2,000 now...

But that hasn't done much at all....

How about telling this group to get their act together as I'm really upset and disgruntled as a customer.

There is absolutely no way this is a token going to hit a dollar with all this garbage going on. On top of that you guys drive off more clients than you are able to recruit.

What a joke.

A customer as opposed to an owner?

Got it.

But that is okay, I get it. You are disgruntled.

Actually I'm happy as all get out because I'm making money off leo. Even if it's tanking and crashing.

Looks like the entire community is just laughing at this group completely mismanaging everything.

F*cking Build Something

This section of your article hits hard!!! And now I realized what's your point. Thank you for this, let's just build fucking something.

Looks like the people investing are getting taken for a ride. Build something? Leo can't even fix it's glitchy front end.

Let alone provide professional support to the new members..

It's a total shitshow.

Hahahahahhahaha!

After running off my friends and me I don't think they're going to find any more new suckers to pay $10 hbd every month for nothing...

I mean if you want to waste $10 a month..

whats wrong what happened? I mean it's totally up to you how you spend your money. If the value isn't there for you then that's totally fine man. That's how life is. Some people pay for spotify premium some don't. It's all up to the user and if there's value for them to subscribe you know.

Lol. Oh some people pay for premium and get voted. Most people pay for premium and get nothing but used.

Not to mention the fact that this entire group decided to run themselves into debt and now the entire house of cards is collapsing?

The finance group is going bankrupt!

Seriously they are now the laughing stock of the entire blockchain.

A few at the top are profiting. However me and a bunch of my friends just tried it. And we've got 100% consensus from all of us that we are never going to use Leo front end again.

Sure would be a shame if the company screwed over all of the customers and never got any return business.

And in the past 24 hours the price of Leo has absolutely fallen more than 10%. The word went out and now we're seeing a blockchain bank run!

Will Leo survive this? Stay tuned! I'm totally making way more Leo as it is trading on the way down! Should I be mad? Nope!

hmm I didn't know paying for premium gets you voted. I don't remember them marketing that in the benefits when you buy premium. I have no idea about that debt part though but if it's true then you don't have to worry if it really falls apart. For me, I genuinely hope they can pull thru and onboard people on Hive. It will help hive a lot.

Well in the last 24 hours a lot of tokens dropped tho so I don't know . in crypto 10 % drop is normal and 10% gains is normal i think . crypto is volatile and i don't see that being the end of the world.

Just to be transparent im neutral but it seems like you have a lot of dislike/hate which is completely fine u have the right to that but i just hope we can try to be positive and look at the good haha

Hahahahahahahaha! The entire block chain is laughing at Leo right now.

And yes that's how it works. You pay premium and they are going to vote you. More if you have more Leo stake.

And the finance group is bankrupt? You don't see the comedy? The investors screwed themselves.

I mean Leo could have fixed the glitchy front end. They could have fixed their problems and put together a small group to support new premium customers...

Nope leo blames the new users and treats them like crap. I just went through it.

Fuck Leo. I'm happy to earn off leo and milk that pool...

The goal for 2024 is $1 LEO.

So 15x. Which implies $5 HIVE.

Well, maybe during 2025’s blowout top. 😁

I dont think there is really a correlation to HIVE in this instance. Why not compare it to the all time high of IBM stock.

LEO is a much smaller market and easier to impact.

Consistency is the key as we push forward into the new year, Leo will definitely attract more power and get to $1 dollar mark before the end of the year 2024

Hahahahahah it's lost 10+% on the first week of 2024! Just increased my leo stake trading the way down! Thanks Leo!

Leo development and growth is in the hands of everybody if all hands remain on desk we will surely achieve this. As long as something can be dream about it can be achieved it only takes determination and hard work of every member.

LEO 1$? Don´t mixup goals with wishes!
A goal should be realistic, this goal is not realistic at all, not even 1 Hive would be realistic.
How often was it announced that this one will change everything, like Threads, LeoAds, Inleo, you name it. Now LeoNodes is the new beacon of hope.
I suggest instead to stop inflation as first remedy and to create more LEO sinks. What other then selling can you now do with LEO?

Totally! How about Leo fix it's problems rather than the flashy add-ons and advertising... Oh wait they are delusional and in debt. This entire thing is crashing hard...

But I got more.leo.tokens trading as it dropped... Yes! Too bad I bought in while Leo peaked...

I love the tone of this piece mate. Fire people up in the new year! I definitely am lacking with the consistency, but I post a bunch of street art to go with all the food pics!

The big step is moving from the daily diary style content in my actifit posts to finding some specific communities that I can bring value to with my content.

So far the daily EDM videos on inleo have been a bit of a dud. Doesn't seem like it has any kind of audience here. Still don't see much Spinterlands content on inleo but I'm trying a new bit with a battle of the day (botd). Baby steps!

There are a lot of things to do.

That is what is cool about Web3. We can build things as we see fit.
