Fact or Fiction 🙃 20 Random Facts About Me || #2
So... 20 facts about me, huh?
The first one's the easiest, when asking @rarej, I am relatively vertically challenged. 🙃
I have brown eyes,
brown wavy hair and
a slender figure,
despite the huge amount of food I consume, which is a definite fact. 🙈
I have had dance training from the age of 8
to channel my bubbly energy in a positive way.
Many would call me a bookworm or maybe a know it all,
but the fact is that I just like to know stuff (facts if you will 😆).
Especially if it's about history.
I'm also bilingual, like most of my countrymen,
living in this multi-ethnic country Suriname.
I used to work at a museum aimed at children.
My first bicycle was larger than I.
I'm the middle child of three.
My ability to use chopsticks was honed by using two pens or pencils and an eraser as my "food" 🍜
My handwriting is terrible when in a rush, but when I take my time I want it as perfect as possible.
If you haven't figured it out yet; I'm kind of a perfectionist.
I've been bitten three different times by three different animals, if you don't count mosquitoes and ants.
I have different types of laughter that come out randomly. Maybe based on emotion or situation, I don't know, but what I do know is that my life is filled with laughter.

Now I know a little more about you. This reminds me of an English learning game I used to play with my students. I called it "3 Facts And A Lie," where students would write 4 statements on the board about themselves, but one must be false.
The students would ask questions trying to determine which one is the lie, and it was always good fun and a way to gauge how well my students' English was improving.
I know that game...
I was just thinking about it when writing this article and thought "should I put in an extra and make people guess the lie?" 😅
Maybe for another post with other facts hihi

Ohahaha just copied and pasted what I saw 😅
But noted and thank you, was kind of hard to come up with facts after the seventeenth 🙈
What do you dance? And where are you from?
My basic training is classical ballet and later on I trained in Jazz ballet, Modern dance, Contemporary and Streetdance. Because of my classical background, I could learn almost anything, but do have difficulties with ballroom dancing though 😅
I'm from Suriname; it's a Northern country in South America, right above Brazil and in between Guyana and French Guyana.
Where are you from?
I had never heard of that place, I am from the Dominican Republic. we are kind of near hahahah
Yeah, we're not so popular 😅
But that's also due to how we market our tourism; not that much.
We're also the only Dutch speaking country in the region, apart from the Islands Curacao, St Maarten and Aruba.
Awesome! I thought only talked Dutch in Denmark or Germany
Oh no, lots of old Colonized countries of the Netherlands speak Dutch. I also forgot to mention Bonaire. But aside from the main language Dutch, the people here speak different languages, thanks to where their forefathers have come from. We have descendants from British India, Indonesia, Africa, China, etc. here and of course the Natives
Wow, we also have a lot of mix of cultures, but still have the spanish as first lenguage, and english as 2nd. @tanjakolader
