Haphazard Travel Towards Tomb

Tuesday,Another day of week which started normally. I was planned to follow the same routine. But, when I came back from my summer job then I was surprised to see my friends. Both of them were already sitting in the drawing room.
They decided to go to tomb Of Waris Shah. Waris Shah was Punjabi poet, writer and Sufi Saint. He wrote One of the most famous tragic romance story of Heer Ranjha. He is well known due to his work in Punjabi literature.
We got ready haphazardly. Today I observed so many things because I want to grasp as many thoughts as I can for blog.
Heading towards the destination, there was almost silence on the roads. Traffic was as less as the crows in the sky. Dogs and other animals were also absent from the roads. May be it was heat which forbade them to wander out.

Canal was looking calm. Water was although flowing but it was flowing silently as the gossips slips from one ear to another.

Sun was not much high. It was sparkling in the eyes. My glasses were giving me fade picture of the surrounding as they are getting to much burden of dust over them.

Amidst the heat, workers were not losing their heart. They were doing with work as bee remain busy all the day.

Date Palms were standing tall and loaded with unripe dates. It took almost half an hour to cross all the barriers towards the destination.

After seeing the date palms we entered the tomb's area. There we parked our motorcycle and moved into the premises of the tomb. There was not so many people.

The sun was sparkling over the head of tomb.Few people were sitting in the yard. Curiosity leads me to that corner of the tomb where a person was reading the poetry of Waris Shah.

The Architecture of the tomb was quite impressive. He was the poet of 18th century but the tomb got the recent form in late 20th century.

Inside the tomb the design was eye captivating. The tomb is designed with beautiful and graceful mirrors which are placed there in perfect manner.

When I was going out the green colour door got my attention.

In the lawn of tomb there were many flowers who were glowing under the sparkle of sun and waving with the waves of air. Little Suns were looking towards sun.

After visiting tomb we kicked our bike and headed back to home. But on the road we attracted towards the date palm and we thought to get few dates from that tree.

Date palm were in the premises of a wedding hall. First I went to them to ask permission and then we took a bunch of dates. In this way I also got chance to capture two photos of the wedding hall. But I was busy with dates.

That's the story of today's travel towards the tomb.
