When it is Time for a Weakly Reset?

I notices that many people are using Sunday for a reset routine, and that is something we can expect because people usually do not work on Sundays, they have more time and they are preparing for Monday.
But, if you need a reset during a work day, in the middle of the week, that is okay, give that to yourself. You deserve to be fine.
I know that most of us are working hard, we all have some goals and we all want to acheive something, but we need to be fine. First things first, I always say that, and the firstest thing ever is you.
You owe to yourself to be good, if you do not feel good you cannot work, you cannot be good to others.
Everything can wait. Give yourself a small reset routine, whenever you need it.

We always think that we will lose something if we stop working, we will lose time results will not come, everything will be lost.
We are under the pressure that we are making.
You will always get a second chance remeber that, but your mental health is more imp[ortant than any chance. Do not put yourself under the pressure, do not hate yourself because you have not acheived sometihng you wanted.
Give yourself time and space.
Give yourself a chance to be the best version of yourself.
And remeber progress is not linear.
If you want to run, you have to learn how to wal first, and if you want to walk you have to learn how to stay. And, you can never stand, if you have never fallen.

When I feel the need, I ,, log out ,, and do a reset.
