Considerations
Thanks to a client of the Archimedia architecture firm who provided consent for data disclosure, I can provide you with the consumption data of a home, before and after an energy requalification intervention.

Consumption monitoring for the month of October 2022
In October 2022, the house had not yet carried out energy requalification work. During this month the total energy consumption was 365,972 kWh. During the month there were three days in which the house consumed approximately 16 kWh. The day on which the consumption was highest was October 16th with a consumption of 16,674 kWh

Consumption in October 2023
In October 2023, the energy requalification works had already been completed months ago so the house behaved accordingly, consuming a total of 40,693 kWh. The day with the highest consumption was October 18th with a consumption of 10.5 kWh. On the other days, in general, consumption was low and on average we can calculate a consumption of 1.3 kWh per day.

Consumption in November 2022
November 2022 the house had already started the redevelopment works, but they were still in an initial state where there was no thermal insulation yet.
The house examined in November 2022 had consumed a total of 391.43 kWh

Partial data from November 2023
At the end of November we have partial energy consumption data which stands at 166.73 kWh. The final result of total consumption will be greater than this figure, but not by much.

Conclusions
Before carrying out the energy redevelopment works, the house had consumed 365.9 kWh in October 2022, while in the same month of 2023, after carrying out the works, it consumed 40.6 kWh. In percentage terms, energy savings in October were 89%

Grazie ad un cliente dello studio di architettura Archimedia che ha fornito il consenso per una divulgazione dei dati, posso fornirvi i dati di consumo di un'abitazione, prima e dopo un intervento di riqualificazione energetica.

Monitoraggio dei consumi del mese di ottobre 2022
L'abitazione in ottobre 2022 non aveva ancora effettuato i lavoro di riqualificazione energetica. Durante questo mese il consumo totale di energia è stato di 365,972 kWh. Durante il mese ci sono stati tre giorni in cui l'abitaszione ha consumato circa 16 kwh. Il giorno in cui il consumo è stato maggiore è stato il 16 ottobre con un consumo di 16,674 kWh

I consumi di ottobre 2023
Ad ottobre 2023 i lavori di riqualificazione energetica erano già stati terminati da mesi quindi l'abitazione si è comportata di conseguenza consumando un totale di 40,693 kWh. Il giorno con più consumo è stato il 18 ottobre con un consumo di 10,5 kWh. Gli altri giorni, in via generale, i consumi sono stati bassi ed in media possiamo calcolare un consumo di 1,3 kWh al giorno.

I consumi di novembre 2022
Novembre 2022 l'abitazione aveva già iniziato i lavori di riqualificazione, ma ancora erano in uno stato iniziale dove non c'era ancora il cappotto termico.
L'abitazione presa in esame a novembre 2022 aveva consumato un totale di 391,43 kWh

Dati parziali di novembre 2023
A fine Novembre abbiamo un dato parziale dei consumi energetici che si attesta a 166,73 kWh. Il risultato finale del consumo totale sarà maggiore di questo dato, ma non di molto.

Conclusioni
L'abitazione prima di effettuare i lavori di riqualificazione energetica ad ottobre 2022 aveva consumato 365,9 kWh, mentre nello stesso mese dell'anno 2023, dopo aver effettuato i lavori , ha consumato 40,6 kWh. In termini percentuali il risparmio energetico di ottobre è stato del 89%
