La tarde de hoy, con mucho gusto les quiero presentar a un amiguito de Luna, que se ha vuelto muy especial para todos nosotros, ya es cómo de la familia. Su nombre es Toby y es un cachorrito pequeño, más o menos de unos 4 meses le calculamos nosotros, es muy tierno y cariñoso, les mostraré un par de fotos de él y les hablaré más a fondo de él, a continuación.

Conocemos a Toby desde hace aproximadamente 3 meses, que fue cuando llegó como nuevo miembro de una familia vecina que conocemos desde hace un tiempo, lo trajeron del campo, vivía en la casa de los padres de las muchachas que se están quedando un tiempo por mayor cercanía a su universidad, así trajeron a Toby para que les hiciera compañía y las cuidara.

We have known Toby for about 3 months, which was when he arrived as a new member of a neighboring family we have known for some time, they brought him from the country, he lived in the house of the parents of the girls who are staying for a while because they are closer to their university, so they brought Toby to keep them company and take care of them.

La raza del pequeño Toby es Cazador; es de esos perros que entrenan para cazar animales en el campo, son bastantes ágiles, rápidos, resistentes y tienen un instinto cazador nato, deben soportar largas jornadas de caza con sus dueños, es un trabajo duro para ellos.

The breed of little Toby is Hunter; he is one of those dogs that train to hunt animals in the field, they are quite agile, fast, resistant and have a born hunter instinct, they must endure long days of hunting with their owners, it is a hard work for them.

Este pequeño al llegar era muy asustadiso, solía salir de su casa para jugar con Luna a diario, pero al intentar acercarnos para acariciarlo salía corriendo y entraba a su casa. Mi papá es íntimo amigo de la familia, así que continuamente hacíamos visitas a la casa, que queda a una casa de intermedio, así poco a poco nos fuimos ganando su cariño y nos visitaba seguido.

He used to leave his house to play with Luna every day, but when we tried to approach him to pet him, he would run away and enter his house. My dad is a close friend of the family, so we were constantly making visits to the house, which is an intermediate house, so little by little we were winning his affection and he visited us often.

Así, fue como cada día nos fuimos ganando su confianza y cariño cada día, fue un proceso lento, pero ahora nos quiere mucho y se emociona al vernos, le encanta que lo acaricien y le den amor, es muy bonito que haya llegado a nuestras vidas y sea el amigo de Luna.

It was a slow process, but now he loves us very much and gets excited to see us, he loves to be petted and loved, it is very nice that he has come into our lives and is Luna's friend.

Recientemente cuidamos a Toby en Semana Santa, porque sus dueños se fueron de viaje y gustosos accedimos a cuidarlo, él y Luna se la han pasado jugando día y noche, una y otra vez, también durmieron juntitos, fue bonito cuidar a Toby ese corto tiempo por más que sea. Toby se acostumbro a estar aquí y ahora se escapa de su casa y pasa gran parte del día aquí, es felíz comiendo y jugando con Luna, parecen hermanos, me dan mucha ternura.

We recently took care of Toby at Easter, because his owners went on a trip and we gladly agreed to take care of him, he and Luna have been playing day and night, over and over again, they also slept together, it was nice to take care of Toby that short time no matter how long it was. Toby got used to being here and now he escapes from home and spends most of the day here, he is happy eating and playing with Luna, they look like siblings, they make me very tender.

En definitiva, Toby es un cachorro hermoso, que es tranquilo, a excepción de esas veces en las que bochincha con Luna, es que ella es todo lo contrario, demasiado tremenda y lo pone tremendo también, del resto el pasa todo el día durmiendo, cada uno tiene lo suyo y es especial a su manera. Los amo mucho a los dos y a Toby le he agarrado un cariño inmenso, ambos me recuerdan a dos niños pequeños con sus travesuras, es lo más lindo compartir con ellos en el día a día.

In short, Toby is a beautiful puppy, who is calm, except for those times when he is bochincha with Luna, she is the opposite, too much tremendous and puts him tremendous too, otherwise he spends all day sleeping, each one has his own thing and is special in his own way. I love them both very much and I have become very fond of Toby, they both remind me of two little kids with their antics, it is the nicest thing to share with them on a daily basis.
