The wealthiest of the wealthiest

A few months remain until 2023 officially ends and 2024 begins. 2023, up until now, has been as bad as 2022; inflation is still high, and even though the numbers are down, the real impact is still visible. Everything is becoming more and more expensive each week. An example is in Greece, where olive oil will reach €10 per liter, whereas last year, it was sold for around €6 per liter. Gasoline is now at €2, compared to €1.8 last year. Some people, however, found this year to be awesome, particularly the wealthiest Americans. The 400 Americans who entered the Forbes list as the 400 wealthiest Americans are $500 billion richer than last year. These 400 individuals have a wealth of around $4.5 trillion, which is the same amount as Japan's GDP, the third-largest economy in the world, with a population of 125 million people. At the top of the list is none other than Elon Musk, who is the richest person in America and the world, with a fortune of $251 billion.

Elon is by far in first place, with $90 billion more than the second person, Jeff Bezos. Let's go Dogecoin!

Up until 2020, Musk had a fortune of around $25 billion, and in just three years, he has multiplied it by 10, not just making $10 million into $100 million, but into billions

The 2024 list with the world's wealthiest isn’t published yet but let’s talk about some things about last year's list

In the previous list, the total wealth of the 2640 people was 12.3 trillion dollars which is like Japan, Germany, and India's combined GDP with a combined population of 1.6 billion people and it was a down year compared to 2022 12.7 trillion.

Ellon is up 70 billion dollars since last year
