S&P 500 Returns And BTC returns over the years

Hey guys, I have found some really interesting statistics about the S&P 500 index returns over the last 100 years. Yes, the S&P 500 was created 66 years ago, but in these statistics, it has been extrapolated backward to several decades earlier for performance comparison purposes.

I will start from negative to positive:

1929-1932: Great Depression
1939-1941: World War II
2000-2002: Tech bubble
late 2019 to mid 2021 Covid lockdowns and infinite central bank printing

Over the past 100 years, the S&P 500 posted a positive return approximately 72% of the time.

We have 69 positive years and 26 negative years

Bitcoin has experienced three negative years and eleven positive years. During each bull run, we witness remarkable returns; however, it is noteworthy that the returns tend to be lower than those observed in the preceding cycle.

So guys what that means for me is that if you invest in bitcoin or invest in S&P 500 in the long run your money will yes Bitcoin still offers high returns with higher risk and the traditional market lower returns with lower risk but at the end of the day don't keep your money sidelined invest and this is what you will get.

What are your thoughts?

Investment is the best decision anyone can make. Lose or win no one wins without risking.

Roulette. I've watched investments literally disappear--go to zero. And I've watched them lose 30%, at which point I jumped and salvaged what I could. It may be possible to make money from bitcoin or the S&P, but I always get the feeling I'm out of my depth. People are playing a game with more cards in their hands than I have (they know more about the mechanics). If I invest, it will be in something tangible--a piece of second-hand gold jewelry, land. At least I'll have something to trade if times get rough.

At the moment the market has entered its pull cycle and we are seeing the stock market going up continuously for the past few months so this is a very good sign for the crypto market as well.
